What a beautiful hotel. The hotel design is gorgeous- everything so well thought. The staff are welcoming, helpful and efficient. The location was perfect- right by the park. The views from the lobby (on the 24th floor) and rooms are spectacular. The hotel is also connected to a fabulous mall which makes everything from finding a convenience store to a restaurant or cafe super easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Nagoya.

This hotel was awesome and we didn't expect it to be. Very new hotel with excellent rooms, quite modern and a delicious breakfast (don't get me started with the champagne on the buffet) Great location as well with a metro station right beneath the building in a very high end area. Great views of the city. You can't beat the price of this hotel, probably the best out of 5 hotels we stayed at in Japan.
So the laundry machines were a bit of a pain, but we were a party of 3, 2 adults and a baby, so we had a lot of clothes and those machines are designed for really light loads. This was fixed by doing a coin laundry run which was close to the hotel.

Absolutely breathtaking views from the lobby and the room! The bed was unbelievably comfortable and massive (my 6ft4 husband very much appreciated that!), the room was stocked with everything you needed and super fun to look around. The staff were friendly and professional, so happy to help. The location was incredible, middle of fun shops and loads of amazing food places. It’s situated on top of a shopping centre which was also incredible (amazing coffee shop on the first floor!). Could not be happier with our stay
