The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. A very polite he was an older gentleman with glasses, I don't know his name I can't remember.. however he was exceptionally nice. And like I said very polite. We will definitely stay here again. The room was clean the blankets were clean The beds were tightly made the bathroom was exceptionally clean.

I can't think of anything negative about my stay here.

They didn’t offer continental breakfast at this location. However, they did offer coffee and tea which my family appreciated immensely.

I have no complaints. We had a clogged sink and since they were unable to fix it , we were moved to a different room that was larger and very nice and clean. The entire property was extremely clean. We had a good stay.

The rooms were updated with new furniture, and very clean. The location was great - just off the interstate, and near the fairgrounds where we were working. I would stay there again.

My desk chair broke, but other than that, our stay was just fine.

The location was great to access either downtown/city center and I-84 either north or south bound. I was expecting to hear a lot of road noise being so close to the freeway, but our location in the back building prevented most noise, so it was easy to fall asleep & stay asleep. The room was large & comfortable and in good condition. Loved the flowers & vegetable garden. Staff was supper accommodative with a quick smile and able to answer all my questions with great ease. If I need a place to stay, I'll make reservation here again.

Our room was on the bottom floor so you do hear people in the room above, but that is to be expected. The one irritation was the guy with a very load muffler on his PU fired it up early in the morning and let it idle for a time before he drove off. But that's something that can't be help, no matter which motel you stay in. Big pickup with load mufflers seem to be everywhere these days.

left my credit card in the machine and the clerk eventually reached out to me and let me know. Chinese restaurant next to the hotel served food to go and was only a 2 minute walk away.

both vending machines for cold drinks were sold out. had to confront another guest who turned up between 11:00 PM - 12 midnight running his mouth. He took one look at me and shut his pie-hole up very quickly. Do wish people would realize that in the absence of any wind or rain, one's voice will carry very well and even talking in a normal voice is going to sound VERY LOUD.

The front desk person found me a shower chair which was awesome. A great shower after 9 hrs working is just what i needed. All three desk people went are of there way to help me. Thank you

the bed and I did not see eye to eye about helping me sleep. But no bed is as good as your home bed. So I not complaining.

Convenient location to the Linn County fair buildings

The first room I had was great, the room above me had a horrible humming noise from the AC unit. They moved me. The other room wasn't as nice, smaller and next to the construction workers

Lady at Check in was so nice. I needed a downstairs room..switched...no problem. The room was spotless, quiet off the main Street and coffee was good.

No breakfast or even muffins

rooms were very clean and neat. there was a folder, in a drawer there wasa folder that had info on nearby resturaunts. there was a clean mini fridge/freezer and microwave. just out the room there was an ice machine and a soda machine. insepected under the bed skirt and sheets no stains whatsoever.

bring some soap /shampoo not great quality but that's really not a big deal. and there was a part on the mattress that looked like a spring had broke but it was twards the outside of it and not pointy or sharp nor metal exposed.

I'm a caregiver for developmentally and intellectually disabled adults and my clients operate at a 1st grade level. My clients have roommates & its nice to reward them with a weekend of R&R. Privacy is important. I know that the rooms are always clean and I requested a smoking room because they like to smoke a bit of weed the staff are what makes this hotel amazing!!! Very attentive, kind, professional and accommodating, the bargain prices & stellar service are why we continue to return. I know as a caregiver when my clients are going to be treated right and if they weren't.... I'd have to intervene and I am told the staff are amazing to them.

Cheap price, clean room and above all AWESOME STAFF Makes for a great experience; we'll recommend and will be there again soon!!
