Convenient location for the Treviso airport. Very kind and accommodating staff.

The pool and gym are open at very inconvenient hours - only available for use if you are in the hotel during the day during business hours. We were not able to use them for this reason, despite this being one of the primary reasons we booked this hotel.

I like that I have a full room with all I needed and even didn't think that I will need The staff were very friendly and nice to me And the food in the breakfast was good I had a time in the spa too and it has whatever you need

I understood after I booked it that the location is too far from everything else in the Venice area and the transportation is not good around after 21:00pm so if you prefer your quiet staying it's perfect for you but if you prefer to go out from Treviso area and not spending much money on taxi that could be a problem for you

Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable with a good TV and a good mini bar with lots of soft drinks & a complimentary water bottle. Bus stop outside into town, really simple and if you like a 15-20 minute walk, that would also take you straight to the train station leading easy access to the town. A great shower.

Sometimes the bar staff in the evening were a little stressed. They were still helpful, though. Bar shut in the evening at different times, but it could have been communicated to the residents that this was happening or had a fixed closing time. Could have used a kettle in the room.

Cozy hotel, clean room, convenient location for airport and 25 mins walking distance to the city center, welcoming staff. Good shower and nice shower gels.

I gave 8 because the hotel uses swimming pool as their selling point, which is a manipulation, as on weekend guests practically can not access it because opening hours are not suitable for many. if you sell it, as the main attraction, make it available for guests as I'm not the only one to complain. The swimming pool working hours are different in the hotel information in the lobby, in the message on booking, on Isola spa website and in the brochure in the room. This is a manipulation. Breakfast time not respected the vegetables were not ready at 7 am.so early guest were missing them. Scrambled eggs were not tasty and full of flour and baking powder. There was no tea kettle in the room, and no water bottle was given on the second day.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and a reasonably priced bar, maybe even cheaper than local bars and cafes. Not centrally located but a 5 minute bus ride from Treviso Station and town centre.

The shower was in the bath and was a bit slippy and difficult to get out of, maybe not so if you are young. Bath mat needs to be provided.

Hotel staff were great, rooms were clean and spacious for Europe.

The gym and pool managed by an external company and the lady receptionist was extremely rude. This hotel is probably not that family friendly.

Very comfortable

I was disappointed to find the pool did not have stairs to make it easier to get into the pool. I have mobility issues which made it impossible to use the ladders in the pool. The chaise lounges were nice, problematic as well because they were too low to the ground to get in and out of. A regular type of beach chair would be a great addition to the pool area. As a result, I couldn’t use the pool at all. Handicapped access was completely lacking which was unfortunate. Additionally, grab bars in all the bathrooms would be a good addition. I did enjoy my stay and would recommend the hotel. I would just mention the above things in the event they might matter to someone else.

Restaurant served a great pizza and amazing vegetarian fettuccini carbonara. Both well priced. Followed by very disappointing T bone steak featured on menu, but not edible. (they refunded cost).

Car electric charging arrangements. Chargers need (also) to be in garage, as in our case raining very heavily on arrival and connection to charger was not possible due to WIFI requirements. Other hotels provided easy (and in some cases free) access to charging. Would stop me from returning to this hotel.

I enjoyed the room, the pool and other facilities. Staff was kind and helpful.

At the reception they told that I will get a taxi to the airport, just need to come 10 min before. When I came and there were two people waiting for their taxi, the receptionist told: sorry, I can't guarantee you a taxi at this time, as these people ordered one too. So turned to the people and asked to join them for the airport.

The location is convenient, with a nearby bus stop and a large parking lot. The hotel room is clean. The staff is very good and responsive. The breakfast is delicious.

The hotel room has an old, musty smell. We booked a room with a bathtub, but upon arrival, it turned out to be a room with a shower. However, the staff changed the room without any problems. There was also a burst pipe in the shower. Additionally, there is a highway nearby.
