Location is very nice, and the staff are amazing.

- Since its right on the City Walk, it can get really noisy in the room. - Left the room at 11 am, came back at 3 pm, room was not cleaned yet. - Housekeeping forgot to replace the towels when the room was finally cleaned. - There is only 1 set of things in the suite: 1 bathrobe, 1 slipper, and even 1 toothbrush. - Bathrobe was dirty.

Street noise can be heard all day.

I wanted to share our wonderful experience during our recent stay at La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai. We chose to celebrate my birthday there, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service. Mr. Cidwell and Ms. Shaquilla warmly greeted us and made us feel welcome. Upon entering our room, I was delighted to find a surprise birthday setup with balloons and rose petals, which my daughter particularly enjoyed. Additionally, we were treated to delicious birthday cupcakes, making the celebration even more special. On our last night, we requested a room with a view, and Mr. Cidwell and Ms. Shaquilla graciously accommodated us in a larger suite with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. On our final day, they surprised us with a fruit platter, a sweet gesture that added to our delightful experience. Our stay at La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai was truly memorable, filled with unforgettable moments that we will cherish for a lifetime. We look forward to visiting La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai again on our next trip to Dubai.

The staff were super accomodating and lovely. They truly went above and beyond with our requests. The hotel is in an amazing location and it was such a lovely stay. The room service was also incredible I am 27 years old but you guys need to try the chicken tenders from the kids menu cause truly some of the best ive ever had in my entire life. Also the fries are soooooooooo yummy.

honestly no complaints other than the bed sheets and cover/duvet is not that soft or comfortable. I would have expected softer pillows/covers.

The staff were fantastic- accommodating us from the moment we arrived when we needed a larger room to the point where we needed to extend. Mustafa went out of his way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Mustafa and and everyone at La Ville- will definitely visit again and highly recommend.

The gym could have some more equipment but was functional.

The location was great. One of the better areas to stay in with lots to do in a 5-10 minute radius walk. Good rooftop pool/safety for kids and leisure activities for adults.

The room couches and floor mats were absolutely dirty. When I told the receptionist when I was leaving his response " we know and we are in the process of Going to start to change " For a 5 star hotel and 5 star price you would expect the proactive planning etc to avoid guest complain.t

Everything about the hotel was excellent, including the staff, the cleanliness, and the location. I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and will not be the last time I visit. Staff members are excellent, especially Ms. Abeer at the reception desk and the manager on duty, whose name I forgot but think he was Indian. Thanks a lot to them.

the lifts smelled a bit weird

It is a beautiful hotel, with a very stylish design and chilled atmosphere. Completely exceeded our expectations. Loved the design of the rooms, the breakfast was outstanding: they had everything you could think of, and the roof top pool/bar provides some amazing views. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. Will be definitely coming back.
