I like the room that was assigned for us, as it's big and comfy. The sofa in the living room is very huge and comfortable.

the problem is that the safety lock of the main door was damaged. There is no blower to be used as well. The T.V in the bedroom is blurred and not smart T.V. and also the bathtub is a bit dirty. The lavatory sink in the washroom is a bit clogged also. The toilet bowl is not flushing properly, you will wait more time to flush the dirt.

I like the fact that my room was serviced daily

I recently stayed at Al Manar Grand Hotel Apartments in Dubai and had a great experience. The hotel is in good location in Bur Dubai, making it easy to access metro stations, shopping centers, and popular attractions.The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, special thanks to Mr.Arun Kumar (Front Office Executive) who helped us in making our stay a wonderful experience in Al Manar hotel. Room service boys were really great and house keeping persons Habib and Amit were great who kept our rooms very clean everyday. The rooms are quite large with a kitchen, basic utensils, fridge, washing machine, and even a clothes drier which is great for long stays. Compared to other hotels in Dubai, the rates are reasonable for the space and facilities provided. Overall our stay and experience in Al Manar Grand Hotel Apartments is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone and I will surely visit this hotel again.

Only Cons was there was no shower curtain in bathroom which makes it a bit messy after shower. House keeping people were very helpful with helping to keep it clean everyday. So was not a big concern but it will be better if hotel managent add it.

No negative experience

The car parking was a bit tight. Hotel visitors are only allowed to park in B2 (basement 2), and sometimes, during the night, when returning from outside, the parking is full. On one occasion, we had to park outside. My recommendation to the hotel management is that they should reserve a parking spot for each hotel apartment, especially when they advertise free parking. This would provide peace of mind for guests, as they wouldn’t have to worry about finding a parking spot or whether parking will be available when they return to the hotel.

I was surprised by how spacious the room is. They say it's not allowed for function or gathering so we don't have any expectation but it was designed like it can accommodate a small group of family and friends. It has a huge living room, complete set of utensils and kitchen appliances are also there. Although we rented for a studio only, you wouldn't mind cooking because there is a separate room for napping actually, not a typical studio type.

We had a difficulty finding the location. If only they can update the pinned location in booking.com, it would be very helpful. Imagine following the route on the email map, it directed us on the total opposite of the world so we've been 1 hr later than the standard check in time, and they won't allow us to extend the checkout time even.

Location is very good. Though it's in Bur Dubai, it's away from the traffic and noise. Everything is accessible...metro, bus, restaurants, Mosque, shopping mall.

When we entered for the first time, the room had a very bad smell most probably due to the cooking done in the room earlier. Parking is available in the basement but difficult to get during peak days and also very cramped up. They are priced slightly higher according to the standards of the hotel.

We had an exceptional stay, made even more enjoyable thanks to the hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff. Everyone was remarkably kind and attentive, especially with our children. A huge thank you to Mr. Arun and his team at the reception, Biju P Raj and his team at the restaurant, as well as the housekeeping staff, always friendly and efficient. Thanks to them, our experience was truly memorable. We will be back with great pleasure! 😊🌟
