I recently stayed at the hotel and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the receptionists, Hussain and Sharjeel. They went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and efficient, answering all my questions with a friendly smile. Hussain was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, providing me with great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Sharjeel, on the other hand, was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their teamwork and positive attitudes truly made me feel welcomed.I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay. It's rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home, but Hussain certainly did. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but it was his exceptional service that made my visit stand out. I’ll definitely return, and I hope Hussain is there to greet me!

I liked the spacious rooms and their convenient layout, bedding is comfortable and amenities are really good. The staff are really the best asset: Jack is always available to help, Clarisse is so kind and considerate, Mary is always helpful and cheerful, Naija is very kind and professional, Nandu, The duty manager, Mr Rahul and the shift leaders are just as helpful and considerate. Honestly the front desk team is a winner. Then there is housekeeping, Saymon, Kamal and Abutaib are very professional and discrete I cannot thank them enough. I have been looked after very well and couldn’t recommend a better place for a magnificent stay.

I did have a WiFi issue that was solved immediately and had daily courtesy checks to ensure my connectivity was good. Honestly nothing to dislike.

The extra effort for making extra special day of my girlfriends birhtday was made memorable by the hospitable and welcoming man on duty that time (i forgot his name) but i believe he is the manager wearing brown coat (please let me know and help me figure out his name cause we will surely come back to see him and thank him again). He was so attentive to every detail and has a very welcoming personality towards to any in house guest he encounter. Special thanks also to Mujai of Room Attendant team for exerting extra effort to provide us water in our room. Overall experience was great! Highly recommended hotel and great performer in the bar.

The accesibility to any supermarket store nearby the hotel and the mode of transportation for taxi is very less.

I liked the facilities at the hotel The claypot had exceptional food and the hurdle bar was a great way to entertain guests after a long day of touring Dubai . Rooms were clean and tidy on arrival

The breakfast staff need to be more polite and professional. We understand that there are specific timings for breakfast however one should practice being kind when asked about something. I witnessed an indian male staff while closing up the buffet be so rude to another tourist and I felt that was uncalled for . The female staff was exceptionally professional, helpful and kind the way one should be . Keep it up girls 💪👍🌸

hotel is at a good location , i took breakfast for 2 days of my stay , good one. wifi is stable and good. well maintined.

due to holiday season , there were more vistors to dubai. it taook longer time to get taxi to get back to airport. private taxi fellows in front of the hotel were telling abnormal rates. to terminal 2 they were asking more than double what i paid to arabian taxi . i paid 36 Dhs. hotel should have a tarriff for the airport and advise staying guest. i travel frequently and we know the rates. guests from europe and other countries will get cheated by these fellows parked outside hotel

The Location is only a walk away to Al Seef Heritage Village, AlGubaibah Bus Stn and Dubai Creek. Must see these places if In Bur Dubai. Surrounded with groceries, fine dining Restaurants and Cafeteria.One will never get hungry on this area. When we arrived, the reception has full guests in queue yet the staff are professional, quick and polite. Receptionist Staff Ms. Mary attended our checked out request which was done smoothly with a smile. Looking forward to our next stay on this hotel.

All went ok, except on the check-in day. This lady's supervisor accused me wrongly. She thought I skipped the line; I was there before others; one Philipino Trainee was working hard to check in guests, and she went inside for 20 minutes, came out, and started to judge me before Efen asked why I was there. "Do not check him in until he goes back online." This sentence made me very mad!!. I can not rate the hotel and others low because of this inhospitable Indian female front office staff.
