The architecture is very nice! Very rich in culture, personnel was friendly and helpful! However shuttle to airport is not included but rather they will make the arrangements for you if you need.

It’s better to pay the restaurant by card because paying cash they might forget that you already paid

Beautiful hotel with a great common views, good food and friendly staff.

The rooms assigned for Booking are very far away, they have no windows, you can hear the noise from the street and there is no telephone or internet signal. Maybe you can have a better room if you book directly at the hotel.

Superb staff during a long 10-day stay. Second visit and consistently excellent accommodations. Incredible restaurant with superb food. Claudia, Lesby and staff made us feel like home. View of the volcanoes and gardens from the restaurant is tough to beat! Headed back again soon!

Lovely design, gardens and understated but good swimming pool. Although the hotel is modern it is well designed to create a typical street and with exceptionally nice, well tended gardens. The restaurant is at first floor level, open and airy, and overlooks the gardens.

It is a beautiful property in a quiet location, with a big courtyard, garden and a pool. The room was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was plentiful and authentic.

It is a little away from the city center and walking to the center after dark can be a little challenging.

location is perfect, the place is beautiful and what’s probably the best thing… the room had lots of power outlets!! that is so rare on hotels! easy to find a place to charge mobiles and other devices. The staff and room service is just top of the line!

the only thing I didn’t liked was the fact that there is no ATM on the hotel and there is no ATM near the place either, at least not at a walking distance.

The grounds are gorgeous, all the food is wonderful, and filtered water on every corner.

A little far from the center but I enjoyed the walk. More expensive than I would have normally booked but it was part of a work trip so I stayed with the group.

The grounds were kept. The staff was working all the time to keep the place looking lovely . The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water .

The pool was not heated and it needed to be cleaned

The villa is wonderfull: colonial design, large territory, not a standard pool, good kitchen!

A little bit far from center to walk with a kid but not an issue at all.
