- location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the main river and close to the center - enough open parking space at the main river; parking for free fm 6 p.m. till 8 a.m. - rooms are big and nice equipped, some of them are "often" used - the hotel has very nice meeting rooms - the restaurant in the hotel is very good (own brewery) - there are special parking spaces at the hotel, that u can book directly - breakfast is good and enough different stuff - all receptionists and waiters are very friendly - except one, who doesn't know how to act with guests

- one female receptionist was very unkind - prices during fair times are not ok; we (company) are having a contract with this hotel chain, but in fair times they are not respecting the agreement and sometimes the prices are at least doubled in such period, this is NOT ok (we are having more than 70 overnight stays per year

- the location of the Hotel is very good, very close to the city center, to the river Main and a big parking space, where u have a free parking time from 6 p.m. till 8 a.m. - rooms are big and good equipped - sometimes problems with the TV (smart TV signal) - breakfast is good - the majority of staff is very friendly, only 1 staff member doesn't know, how the guest is - the restaurant in the hotel is very good; u're having also a brewery there (if u like beer) - close to the reception u're having some sweeties (Haribo) for free

- pricing is very different; sometimes very good rates, but another times very high rates, even we are having a company contract, but they are adding huge amounts, when there are fairs in Frankfurt (we have had around 50 to 60 overnight stays in the last 3 months, but even that they are not keeping the pricing) - one of the staff members at the reception is unfriendly and not customer oriented

- the location of the Hotel is very nice, u're a few steps from the Main river (where u can walk, run and bike) - the rooms are big and well equipped - the receptionist was very friendly - breakfast is good and enough variety; there is a huge terrace for the summertime to sit outside and have a look to the river - the restaurant (brewery) is very good - there are a lot of meeting rooms (we didn't use them, but they are looking quite good) - an open parking space is a few steps to the hotel (till 6 p.m. and from 8a.m. u have to pay, but cheap) - u can do the check in outside at a counter

- the electronic key (on the mobile phone) was not working, so i was using the key card for the room -:)

Surprisingly easy to find from the main train station. Had a view of the river and was able to walk about 20 minutes to Festung Fortress where the event I was attending was held. Don’t let the grey squared style building fool you. Once inside, one can see how stylish and clean it is.

I just wish there was someone around to ask questions. It was self check in, but that was not a problem. I just wanted an extra bottle of water but I could never find a person to ask. Also the snack machine was out of order. I had hoped that there would be something there for when I got back from my concert. But that didn’t change my opinion on the hotel. The beds were super comfortable, and I never like hotel beds. I really appreciated tiled floors in the rooms. I have so many allergies, so that was a bonus.

Very modern and comfortable rooms, cozy bed and beautiful bathroom area with open sink. You can either do check-in in person or all online which we really like because when we arrived there were quite a few guests checking in, so we opted for the online check-in and were all settled fast and easy.

It was very hot during the night without air conditioner on (which we don't like having on at night) even though it was quite cold outside. So we had to leave the window open all night but it was quite noisy outside so it was a bit complicated.

The hotel was really nice and my room was really nice and much larger than expected. The bed was comfortable and since I was given a handicap room it was fairly large. The breakfast was great value, really a pleasant surprise. The bar was a great experience with beer brewing in-house.

The large bathroom in room 222 had a couple of mishaps. The huge part of the water from the shower ran under the cabinet. When you entered the bathroom it stank of urin. It was a serious issue.

The room was very nice and clean, with a simple layout, very good. The breakfast had an excellent choice of cold and warm food. Location was in the center of the city, so convenient to walk to local restaurants, attractions etc.. Also they make their beer there, so it's a bonus!

When the outside temp was above 30 degrees, the Air-Co was not cold enough, even though the cooling (temp and ventilator fan speed) was on maximum.

Hotel parking easily reserved on time, though there is a large public car park at walking distance (free on Sat & Sun). Hotel room was large and bathroom was comfortable. Pet friendly (10 EUR/night) with a large park near the river next to the hotel.

Room was not 100% clean, there were a lot of fingerprints and streaks on the door and windows. Also some stains in the fabric on the furniture. Bed and bathroom were clean.

The kids sleeping dorm bed was absolutely amazing, with the safety screens to prevent them from falling & the overall cosyness of the room. Also, a charging point was reserved for us, so we could continue our trip easily in the morning.

The airco system was woefully underperforming and it stayed about 25 deg even though it was on full. Especially in the kids room, it was quite hot. Thank god they sleep well.

We had a family room. I love the bunkbeds in the back room. The bed was SOOO comfortable. the toilet was in a separate room. The design was very clean and it was very relaxing to stay there. Would recommend to anyone as long as you don't mind that the shower is not private.

It was too hot in our room we had to open the window even though the heat was on. I couldn't control the thermostat but it was so late when I realized that and I didn't want to wake up the kids to figure it out. Biggest complaint is that the bathroom shower had a glass door that everyone could see through. I didn't want our babysitter or kids to see me naked while I showered so I made them all get out of the room.
