The gym was good. The steam room is big enough for 2 people, but too confined for 3. The bar is open until 11 pm,

Why is the gym only open until 9 pm? Does the bogeyman come out after 9 pm? Grabbing random gym goers? I find the TV really annoying. Why am I unable to stream to it? Why keep that old fashioned TV that prevents streaming?? Hellooooo, join me in the 21st century. Random cob webs could be annoying, as are the same for random spiders in the room.

Had a really nice welcome and help from the Manager when I arrived at reception. It's a small comfortable room in very peaceful beautiful surroundings. You may hear music from the Hotel but it's quite a distance away and didn't stop me having a very comfortable nights sleep!

I couldn't open the window, I pet hate of mine. The window appeared to be locked, no doubt because they have air conditioning in the room.

Pretty much everything. I had my van broken into the night before at a different hotel so coming here was night and day to what I experienced the night before The staff were lovely - the food was lovely- the hotel was lovely Just cant find one fault with it.

I wouldnt say didnt like - but i only had one toilet roll in my room that was half gone. But i managed lol. This is nit picking and not a big deal

The reception staff are excellent! The restaurant staff are excellent! The menus and the food are excellent! The cleaning staff are excellent! I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the facilities!

Breakfast was good, but unfortunately it was spoiled by cold plates, food was 0nly lukewarm. a fry up should be hot, they were slow to replace food

Great location. Good size rooms. Good facilities with gym, pool, golf course and open space. Relaxing being in the country. Close to the Witshire game and county fair. Really good value

the facilities are good, but a little run down. The hotel is back on the up but may take some time to get to the excellent standard it should be.

the changing rooms were dirty and showers not working. Steam room has been out of action for some time now and the hot tub was warm at best.

The food we were served was excellent, by a friendly attentive staff. There was a good choice of meals The restaurant was clean tidy and spacious

The leisure facilities were good by the changing rooms were in much need of refurbishing

Lovely hotel. Staff all really nice and helpful. Lovely evening meal and breakfast. Lots of choice. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym all fantastic! Room clean and spacious.

Just needs a little paint refresh in certain areas.

Reception staff friendly. Second floor room very suitable for my needs. Clean facilities and fixtures in room. Comfortable bed for good night sleep. Powerful Shower. Good view over Golf course.

Hotel in process of some renovation. Communal area carpets on stairs and corridor need a 'deep clean'.
