Conveniently located near the s-bahn station Halensee, this cosy hotel is a good choice if you are not looking for something fancy or luxurious. It has everything you need for a good stay, no frills. Excellent heating in the winter.

Some rooms need to be redecorated. Furniture and tapestry need to be regenerated, as well as more comfortable beds or pillows can be added to the rooms, but not really an issue.

Comfortable and spacious room, double bed pulled apart into two singles which we were very happy about Good facilities - bathroom was spacious and had a good shower, decent sink & hairdryer, enough towels and enough space for our things Plenty of wardrobe space and a decent sized mini fridge friendly and helpful staff on Reception

Location was a little far from the centre but the surrounding area was pleasant enough, room cleanliness was about 6.5/10

it was very good hotel in pretty nice location. I was travelling for work and the location was close to the place of the event as well tourist spots. I could see there were lot of guests for the event staying in the same hotel. The overall experiene was so good that I will go again to Berlin to the same hotel in future. The room was spacious with a desk where I could work a little.

The staff was confused about the public parking in the hotel area. even though it was free 1 of staff member said it is not.

Great location next to Kurfürstendamm, 5 minutes to Berlin-Halensee S-Bahn station. Hotel is rather old but in good shape. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was adequate and wi-fi speed was decent.

Rooms are outdated and the closed parking place is not in the premise of the hotel. If you decide to leave early in the morning, it is a challenge to get inside the parking area, which is under the commercial building opposite of the hotel.

The location was excellent, and we loved the breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even when it got super busy one morning.

The rooms were comfortable, but the bathrooms needed some repairs.

Everything was perfect except for the fact that water tasted kinda weird for me. But the groceries were very close so I could buy bottled water :) I really liked that I could drop off my baggage before the check-in.

I was upgraded to a suite which was lovely and very unexpected.

There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the fridge didn’t work (made everything warmer!) also no water in room which is expected with a hotel.

If you expect high level of luxury, then the hotel is not for you. But if you expect clean, decent, cozy, warm and well organised place to stay, with good breakfast and nice staff - this will be perfect option

Lack of tea or coffee in any other hours than breakfast and no option to prepare one for oneself. Also some strange WiFi - all my firewalls were screaming to close the browsers 🙈

spacious room. good location…..close to train station and nice walk into the city.

very basic facilities. very very thin bed mattress and pillows which made an uncomfortable few nights sleep. if staying in warmer weather and have windows open then it’s very noisy from the train track and main road. air con didn’t work within the room

The size of the flatscreen television. It was very very small. About the overall size of 3 iPads.
