I liked the amicability and professionalism of the staff. The hotel was clean, and the room was clean. I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The hotel was clean, and the room was extremely comfortable.

There´s nothing that we didn´t liked. If anything, the fact that we couldn´t stay longer.

The inside was nice the rooms were nice. It was a great price for the stay. The young lady at the desk was real nice.

When I use to stay the suites had the walk in showers. Was told by the lady at the desk it’s only for king rooms now. Dumpster was overflowing with trash, and non guests were circling the parking lot. The inside of the property was nice. No hot breakfast, heard children running down the hallway constantly,

The location and value for the price. The rooms were cleaned every day and the hotel smelled clean all over.

No water pressure in the bathroom sink, shower, or toilets. Breakfast was more grab and go with a waffle iron. There was no meat, egg, potato, etc.. Just very minimal offering.

Good location with all the stores you need in the area. Easy check in and staff was pleasant. Gym was a nice size for those vacation workouts.

Room didn’t have a remote for the tv. Brought it to staff attention for the next guest. I was too occupied with Rodeo weekend and friends to really watch a lot of tv.

Everything about the hotel was great, except.

The elevators ARE TREMENDOUSLY SLOW❗️😮‍💨 like we would all burn to ashes the way that elevator moves if that was our only option of survival.

Rooms were Clean,staff was great, bed was soft I only stayed one night so it was good

Only thing I didn’t like was there is no door to the shower so the water gets everywhere and the shower at the bottom is so squeaky as if you will fall through but that could be just for the room I was in. Pool was open but it’s was soo dirty

Inn was very clean, quiet, and service was exceptional.

I asked for a late check out and the desk man left a note for next shift. However, it wasn't honored. That is the only negative thing I could say. Otherwise, I'm very pleased.

Professional Staff

Elevator broke 2nd floor (I was stuck inside for 1/2 hour) till repairs could get done! Room on 4th floor had to carry luggage down to my vehicle! And phones quit in the hotel also

The customer service was great. We were provided extra towels without asking. The premises and pool were very clean. I didn't wake up early enough for the breakfast but overall everything was great.

Deposit, We got there Friday, still waiting for refund. We left it clean, only towels to be replaced, n bed sheets/ replaced n made
