The location is amazing and the apartment is beautiful and well laid out. There is a lift if you have suitcases. Luisa is amazing, we were only in Verona for a couple of days and she recommended lots of places to go to. If there is an opera on while you are there, go! The whole experience of an opera in the arena was spectacular (but long ... just over 3 hours).

The host was available and was able to meet us on our arrival even though we were later than expected. She was so welcoming and helpful, and we were greeted with some nice gifts in the room too. It was a lovely experience from start to finish - easy to check in and out. The location is also excellent, did not expect it to be so central! We were close to all the main attractions and it was very easy to get around the city from there.

Fabulous location. The apartment is very comfortable, and we loved the little balcony. Luisa, our host, met us and was so kind and helpful. She had stocked the fridge with water, milk, and prosecco.

It would be good to have a kettle - not very common in Italian hotels and short-term rentals.

The location is just perfect, you have a 10 mins walk from the rail station. The Arena is just around the corner, it's the perfect spot to really enjoy Verona. It was very clean, Mrs. Lucia was so nice and helpful with all the tips, she even gave us a map of the city and explained where to go. I definetly recomend!

Location is great, 5 min to Piazza Bra and Palazzo de Gran Guardia where my conference was. Despar supermarket also close. Luisa was very accomodating, she gave me a map of the city and tips on what to see. There were coffe pods, milk, water and a complimentary bottle of prosecco in the fridge and biscuits, jam and nutella for the italian breakfast.

Arte & Musica was a perfect stay in Verona. Adequate facilities, clean, comfortable, great location, and a very welcoming hostess! She welcomed us warmly and gave us her insider tips of the city.

The bathroom and dishes could have been a bit cleaner, but it was still fine!

Everything! The central location (2 minutes from Piazza Bra), the design (beautiful, classy), the confort (I had everything I wanted), the cleanness, the advices from the nice owner (who definitely went the extra mile in order to help me get along in a new city) and the bonus from the frige (juice, milk, proseco).

Nothing really (the shower sometimes seemed to have its own will, going from warm to cold or cold to warm, probably needs a small check, but did not bother me)

The host was extremely nice and she prepared a few surprises for us including a bottle of Prosecco. It had all the amenities that we needed and more. Location is great! Definitely recommend for a great quality to price ratio.

We were made to feel very welcome and the host was a lovely person who gave us ideas of what to see and was easy to contact. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent.

The air con wasn’t very good but it wasn’t too warm so it was ok

Location is 5* so close to Piazza Bra and Arena. Walking distance to all attractions. Hostess Luisa deserves a special mention. Apartment large and has everything you need. Lift an added bonus.
