The hostel is next to the river and has a terrace, I personally loved the sound of water flowing and the personal was very friendly, unlike other people, I think the room was clean.

I had a room next to the street and the windows are very thin, luckily the night was not cold but you can hear the noise of the cars and shower had no hot water. In the corridor outside the room there was a smell of cigarrette.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Looked after us. Comfortable room. Looked 80s but in a good way. Was at a nice end of town away from all the trash tax free cigarette shops and Chanel number five slop...right near the path into the beautiful Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley...highly recommended. Thanks 🙏 guys.

Lovely staff and, although basic, good value for money. We had a riverside room with a nice view.

At this price point I can't complain, really. The aesthetic isn't great, a bit rough around the edges, but it was clean and comfortable.

A very beautiful place on the river bank. There is a terrace where you can enjoy delicious coffee in the sound of the mountain river with a view of the mountains. Everything is clean, spacious, easily accessible. Bags can be left safely. Thank you - beautiful Andorra and Siracusa.

The accommodation is very well located close to the city center and the touristic area of Andorra la Vella and Escaldes. Communication with staff was easy and accurate. The room was large and pretty basic.

No fridge inside the room. Sheets were a bit dirty and full of hair.

Reception staff is great! Very kind and helpful! Especially thanks to Eva, she gave us early check in and was very kind to us! Also big thanks to the receptionist ( sorry, don’t know his name:(( )he worked at the day of our departure 18.09 in the morning.. very polite, attentive person!

The hotel is very well located, close to a bus station that takes you to the central bus station or ski resorts. The staff was super nice and helpful, and the bedrooms were tidy and clean. The hotel also has a good cafe/bar.

A nice restaurant and bar attached to the property serving meals and drinks at reasonable prices

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Excellent location 10 minutes walk into Andorra La Vella. Restaurant downstairs with cheap breakfast was great too. Value for money.

No kitchenette in the rooms if you want to cook.

everything! staff were so polite and so helpful, they filled up my flask with hot water whenever I asked (to make up baby’s bottles during the night). they made sure I got a river view room so the room would be cooler for us. very friendly, helpful and so welcoming. very good location too, only a 25 minute walk from Andorra la Vella main bus station, and main attractions and shops literally on the doorstep. have already recommended to my friends who are coming to andorra next week!
