Front desk was welcoming and helpful. Location was very good, near gas/shopping/dining/movie theater. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Pool and gym were adequate.

All the pillows on the bed were flat. Chair in the room was loud and squeaky. No fan in the bathroom so everything can be heard. Out of 5 floors, the 3rd floor was the only one to have ice. When the shower is on there is still a lot of water coming out of the faucet which fills the tub and youre standing in a pool of water. There is no "free wifi", instead you have to sign up for the rewards program to access the wifi.

It just felt easy to get everywhere you have to get whether the pool, fitness center or breakfast lounge area and even parking lot it was very convenient to walk around/get to places. Staff was nice as well so that’s awesome…

The microwave did vibrate a bit due to being close to the mini fridge which caused some vibration but I placed microwave closer to wood panel and noise went away. It’s something to take a look at as others might experience this mini inconvenience.

My corner room was huge. There are tons of restaurants in walking distance. Bed was comfortable.

The room wasn’t especially clean, with loose hair on countertops. The breakfast was underwhelming with dirty dining areas. It was hard to find a clean spot to sit and eat.

The property/ location was in the perfect area surrounded by a lot of places you can eat and shop. All within a walking distance too. Most hotels have photo of the place that looks like nothing you booked. This Hampton was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and will be using them again !

There wasn’t anything that you can hate on this hotel!

I've never stayed at the Hampton before but my experience was pretty pleasant. The hotel was nice and clean, it looked brand new almost. The staff that I encountered were very friendly and the morning staff were also amazing. Good morning stuff say good morning, every time a visitor came downstairs for breakfast. It was nice to have a pleasant atmosphere.

There wasn't anything that I disliked. I had a very good experience while I was there.

Did not have any housekeeping for 3 days. They responded once called but if I am spending $1000 at a facility I expect trash to be dumped and towels refreshed minimally daily.

Clean and stylish but the location to everything you could need was the best!

The sausage pellets. I wish the pool was outside but I understand the indoor pool since it’s Utah.

We stayed in 7 hotels in 9 days traveling from SLC to Moab and through Grand Tetons and Yellowstone and back to SLC to fly home. This hotel was the absolute cleanest hotel we stayed in our entire time and the breakfast was delicious. Check in and out was fast and easy. Couldn’t ask for better customer service from all staff including housekeeping. Excellent and will stay again if ever in the area.

The facility was easy to find and once I got there it was very clean! The front desk gal was very friendly. Breakfast was good and free! Parking was free ! Also love the ice/water machine!

I had no problems.

Very clean and modern space - ice & water available on every floor. Convenient to get in and out of hotel quickly.

Parking was a little fuller later in the night but we just had a longer walk to the entrance.
