The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy. There was a good selection of breakfast items offered. The staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk staff to housekeeping. It was a nice stay overall. This hotel hasn’t disappointed me yet. This brand is always on point.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The coffee was superb. It was quiet, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a room near an exit door, so it was really easy to manage with our two dogs. I also loved the citrus shampoo!

The breakfast selection could have been better. The room was on the small side, though it had everything you would need. It was equipped with plenty of outlets. It would be easy to work in this space.

I missed my connecting flight, so I had to get a hotel and I decided to stay here. Honestly, this place was fantastic. They have a quick shuttle to pick you up from the airport and drop you back off. The room was extremely clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. If you need a place to stay for the night, I highly recommend this hotel!

They offered a complete breakfast! Very delicious and a nice variety of foods to choose from. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable.

As a couple, there was only one chair to lounge on. While I was working on the computer, my wife needed to sit on the bed. Two chairs in the room when there is a couple staying there would be nice.

I have stayed at TRU before and I would highly reccomend this spot again. I walked in to be welcomed by the smell of fresh hot cookies which was a nice surprise. Coffee and tea are 24 hours. The airport shuttle is quick and convenient you just need to call once you collect your luggage. The room was exceptionally clean and had a bunch of small touches that I loved like make up remover towels, plenty of hooks, space to put bags so they don't have to be on the floor, and the bed amd sheets were very soft. There is also a water filter and lots of games in the lobby that both adults and kids seemed to enjoy. Finally, the staff were very friendly. Eva (hope I spelled that right) mailed a postcard for me and I really appreciated it. The rest of the staff were great and always trying to keep the place very clean. There are restaurants within walking distance too.

Coffee was very weak and they started packing up breakfast at 9. No light by bed.

Professional and very courteous smiling staff, super comfortable bed, clean and happy decor color choice, good and healthy continental breakfast-tiny egg omelette the best.

Soundproofing needs a little improvement between rooms

Checked in late after 11 pm arrival at airport. Check in was easy and staff very polite and friendly. Comfortable beds, good sized room for a two queen bed room, clean rooms, no carpet in rooms which I prefer, lemon soap and lotion in bathroom was nice although had a little difficulty squeezing it out initially, fun lobby decor.

Breakfast is basic and this may be a negative for some but that’s not why we chose the hotel. So no big deal.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was great that it was in walking distance to a few restaurants too, our family was in a U-haul truck that wasn't the easiest for travel. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

The refrigerator was not cold. Mattress was kind of uncomfortable. Overall it was good place to stay.

Ease of access from the airport, very clean room, free shuttle to the airport, free coffee, games area is a nice touch.

One of the elevators shakes quite a bit and feels poorly kept, breakfast offering was subpar (pancake machine that is marketed wasn’t working, oatmeal was super thick, no orange juice in machine)
