Almost everything

The only glitch we encountered was that after asking specifically about the shuttle service to and from the airport, we were told it operated every half hour. It turned out that it’s only every half hour form the hotel to the airport, but if you are at the airport, you need to call and ask to be picked up. This resulted in our waiting about an hour before trying finally getting the hotel on the phone and and asking what was going on. We were picked up soon after that, but it was a highly annoying experience, especially since we had been very specific in our questions about the service..

The staff was amazing!!!! I used- “Uber” transport. And breakfast was fresh and variety of food was so nice. The housekeeper- ( Hispanic man- from a call I made to Collin at the front desk; helped me my last night: I’m handicapped and first time traveling alone- I’m 54. And he made my bed, got me ice and water and more towels: through soba and tears. That man is blessed- he was. A blessing to me. And the cookies: HOT!!! Reminded of of my father, we stayed in doubletree hotels during the Late 80’s and 90’s when he was alone… it was nice reminder of the good times with my dad… thank you. Thank you. Jill

Nothing. Everything was super! * towels and water at pool would be a convenience and an added easiness… The pool engineers: while I was swimming: ( Donny and Ada) are so incredibly good men. So nice. Thank you.

The room was very comfortable. We loved the balcony overlooking the lake, it was especially beautiful at night. We opted for the breakfast included package, but the food at the Lakeview restaurant was so good, we ended up eating dinner there too.

We had looked forward to a relaxing stay with a balcony view of the lake only to find that the first room we were given was on the first floor with only a small patio slab to stand on and a small mound that almost completely obscured the view of the lake. When we voiced our disappointment to management, they immediately changed our room and made everything right.

Room was comfortable with large bathroom and shower, and very comfortable bed and pillows.

Disappointed to learn at check-in that this hotel did not take a Hilton Honors gift card as payment for the room, as all other Hilton chain hotels have done in my past experience. The gift cards are point rewards from an Amex card. I will phone ahead next time. No microwave in room, which is common in less expensive hotels, but there was a microwave in the lobby area for public use.

After a much-delayed flight due to inclement weather, we finally arrived 3 hours late at 1 a.m. The young man on the front desk was so kind and welcoming. He gave us free vouchers for breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were also fantastic. I can't recommend this hotel enough! 😃

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Was a nice hotel beautiful scenery. But most important the beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were big we did not get up for breakfast but it looked like it was very nice

The layout of the hotel is a bit odd - we were on an upper floor so had to use the second set of lifts about a 10min walk through hotel corridors. Bit confusing and not ideal when you’re carrying multiple cases. If you have any accessibility needs I would flag this to the staff on check in

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for our family of 3 and the bed was very comfortable.

All was good, but it might need an update soon. For example the carpets in the rooms could be changed.

Room clean and quiet. Arrived late and left early so didn't utilise any additional services. Close to SLC airport and free regular shuttle appreciated.

Water leaks around shower /bath curtain and onto floor which then tracks along the tile grouting on the floor into the entrance way, making the floor in the entrance way into the room, wet. Best to position the bath mat on the floor close to the shower end of the bath to catch the water runoff.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Large room with nice bed, work desk and chair, TV, mini-fridge, large bathroom with all the needed amenities.

I don't remember the WiFi being that weak/slow when I stayed here last year. It was possible to connect and log on to my usual work sites, but the pages would then either load slowly or not at all, making it impossible to send/retrieve e-mail and large files. Ended up using my phone as a hotspot and going outside since cell strength indoors was also weak.
