Location, airport pickup, restaurant at site.

The credit card processing is done using the magnetuc stripe in.the card instead of using the chip insert. This is a problem since magnetic stripe was disabled on my cards for safety reasons. Luckily one of my banks activated the stripe on the go and I was able to pay. But the right way is to use the smart chip. Holiday inn was the only place in recent times i saw insisted on using the magnetic stripe. This is problematic for card users from other countries where magnetic stripe is no longer used as it an older technology and risky.

Staff was friendly and answered the phone when I called to ask about a shuttle, explaining the schedule in detail and where to meet the driver. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport were lovely, very kind, helpful and engaging. Whenever I see wonderful employees I feel that the management must be complemented as well.

Very convenient airport location to catch our flight out. Clean quiet corner room was great. Elevator was under repair. I thought breakfast was included but it was a $15 per person buffet in the hotel restaurant, so we had brunch in a downtown bistro we enjoyed the night before.

The location is great. The staff was very friendly. The room and the property were clean. It was comfortable in the room and the bed was great.

I was not aware the breakfast was not free so I didn't like the surprise of that. I didn't partake because I didn't want to pay extra for the breakfast.

Did not eat breakfast there but well did have dinner the evening we arrived because of diabetes issues. It was good to have a restaurant there and the server was very attentive. Good experience at the end of a long day.

Smart and comfortable hotel in convenient location for Salt Lake City International airport. Lovely king size bed and good bar facilities.

The breakfast was a bit basic and buffet style but it was included in the price so that was a bonus.

very convenient to SLC airport. The morning shuttle doesn't start until 4am so if you have a 5am flight, you need to have a car.

ice maker on our floor was not working so had to go downstairs for ice.

Clean. Comfortable beds. Restaurants deliver here.

Close to airport (obviously) Big room, very clean, functional. Would stay again.

Not a complaint, we ate in the restaurant, had 2 starters/appetisers each as didn’t want a big meal. The portions were absolutely huge, shame as is was such a waste of food!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was ample and comfortable. The restaurant was good.

Difficult to accomodate date changes; we had to swirch rooms from one day to the next because reception could not change our reservation for two days to a single room for the duration.
