Breakfast was sufficient, the staff friendly. The front reception staff were extremely helpful. The shuttle service was extremely efficient the drivers helpful. I was in room 235 and that side of the building got a lot of traffic noise all night.

The barman on the night we arrived on Sunday 8th was very rude to us Australians & Kiwis. He seemed friendly enough to the others.

Front desk and all staff professional and nice. Nice having bar and restaurant on property as there were no stores within walking distance. Perkins restaurant was within walking distance. Shuttle excellent and efficient. The walls are thin so can hear others but I think that is how hotels around this area are built. Breakfast excellent with eggs and fresh fruit.

Good and spatious room. Nice swimming-pool. Good quality of food (breakfast and dinner). Quick and punctual transfer to the airport

We weren't lucky with check-in due to a bus with people from China. Took a while. This also resulted in a battle for food at breakfast. Staff wasn't able to keep up with filling items and cleaning up the mess these people left behind.

Good location near the airport, good facilities

I was told I could rebook on an earlier date with no extra charge, but when I got to the property, the nice lady at the front desk told me she couldn’t help me because I had done it thru booking.com (even though I had communicated with the hotel and they told me it could be done). That was quite disappointing.

Lack of breakfast I was told breakfast was 7-10 I showed up with family at 10 and there was basically nothing. There were no eggs no waffles no bread no oatmeal. I was very disappointed with the lack of. There should have been better planning the hotel knew how many guests they had. I had a Long day planned so i needed a good meal and that was not fulfilled due to lack of from hotel

Room was comfortable. Had a nice semi-balcony with glass door to let in light. Large TV. Lounge chair with over head reading lamp.

Hotel has an odd layout. Long walk from lobby to our assigned room. However, once settled we found a side entrance near the pool much closer to our room and elevator.

Location was good, The power was out because of an accident so no fault of the hotels. They still got us into a room and offered half price, unfortunately it was already booked and paid for through booking.com. For the situation they were in they did a great job.

In the process of changing from a Sheraton to a Marriott. Had room on 4th floor that appeared to be remodeled and had plank floors-no carpet. Easier to clean and easy to know when it has been cleaned.

Elevator was quite a ways from front desk but not a big issue, just a little strange. Could not get a receipt at checkout unless I paid 1.53. They did email it for free but I think that is wrong.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful upon our arrival. Offered a shuttle to the airport and really tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The customer service is top-tier.

The beds in room #126 cannot support the weight of a 135lb woman. They sink nearly the way down, both mattresses. They are in desperate need of replacement. I don't want to be in #126 when I'm on my way back, as I have another upcoming stay here.
