Very nice room, comfortable, clean, well arranged.

Check in did not give us requested rooms close to each other. Gave us rooms on two different floors. When a problem arose with one room they reassigned us to rooms beside each other! So they had our request available at check-in. Also, never asked if we had our own vehicle until later that evening so got our parking pass late. And, they never asked any info on our vehicle, just handed us the parking pass.

The hotel was decent enough and as expected. The room was clean, comfortable and, as we stayed in winter, warm. It is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus that can be ordered to get you to and from the terminal. The breakfast was good too, and, although it is not the most extravagant, it does the job and you are ready for the day!

The existence of the shuttle, and the instructions on how to call it, are hard to find. I remembered that there was one from the booking.com listing, but I later couldn't find any mention of it on the booking documents themselves. It would be good to have this made clearer.

Carpet near ac unit was damp, shower/tub needs a mat as I almost slipped and at check in we were told we could pick up a “to go” breakfast to take on our 4:30am shuttle. When checking out and asked for it we were told “I’m sorry, those aren’t available weekends. Pillows way too hard and uncomfortable for me.

Pretty close to the airport, easy to reach, clean, spacious, very nice pool, good breakfast.

The lady checking us in was somehow disinterested...Log-in to wifi is complicated. Next to the hotel parking lot was the whole night parking a large trailer with cooling system on - which was noisy (agree, hotel not responsible). But with ear-plugs it was OK.

Staff were extremely helpful - picked us up promptly after dropping off rental car, printed boarding passes for us, efficient shuttle to SLC in the morning.

Oddly, we were given a handicapped room - did not want it and did not like it. Also, no note pads/pens like in most Hampton Inns and no racks for suitcases either. Strange since everything else was great.

The room was very large and clean, and the breakfast was really good , especially a change from the other hotels. Dog-friendly is a really big deal there.

You should check that everything works and if you know that three guests are coming that the sofa bed is also good. My daughter could not sleep on the balanced bed because the mattress was read through, and so fortunately, she could still sleep in it in unbalanced mode.

The property was clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety.

Unfortunately we had a very loud neighbor on the floor above us. This was frustrating. It was about 3am and lasted for an hour. This is not something that is the hotels fault just happened the night we were there.

Not enough lighting in the room. Not enough towel hangers in the shower Coffee machine could be of better quality. Breakfast is Not healthy, Not one vegetable.

All the facilities were amazing, room very clean, breakfast 🧇 was my favorite. Front desk people always were really friendly and kind when requesting shuttles. Drivers always well conducted and polite. Thanks for having done my stay a good experience.

Lovely facility location good for the airport...right on time ride to a very early departure...the staff were very helpful in getting to the shuttle and the shuttle driver was SUPER HELPFUL AND SHOULD BE THANKED FOR US!!! We had a couple of issues and the gentleman that was on duty came right away and fixed our problems , was cheerful and friendly. Lovely pool just the right temperature and a hot tub to boot. a great short stay!
