Staff was very friendly, airport shuttle driver was great!

Very friendly front desk staff, we reserved room for 3 and only got 2 towels, had to request multiple towels mutliple times. House keeping did not come until 3rd day (requested daily service), when they did come I had again requested. After housekeeping, trashcans were not emptied, bathrooms were not tidied, only towels were left (not sure what housekeeping did, our shampoo/conditioner were empty). Had to ask front desk for basics.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, check in was easy, rooms were clean and large

I stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. The cleaners came one morning just as we were about to leave and we asked them to come back in ten minutes and they never did.

Hotel was really nice, and the staff was very friendly and very helpful with me questions. The shuttle to the airport was perfect and the driver was very nice.

They send me an email with the check out receipt without me checking out and not able to pay cash as nobody was at the front desk when I left. I think it’s a little bit expensive just for one night

Room was spacious and clean with nice newer amenities. A REAL King size bed. Breakfast was good with typical items: eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, milk yogurt, cereal, apples, oranges, waffle maker, toast, etc.

Oatmeal was a little runny. Seriously, that is the only thing I can think of. The place was great!

We liked the layout of the room. It had a living room with sofa and writing desk station. The bathroom was separated between the toilet and the shower with separate lavatory for each. The breakfast buffet downstairs had lots of tables and food items were constantly being refilled. Front desk staff were very helpful.

We could hear our next door neighbors talking and television sounds coming through the walls. People were yelling in the hallway. Some of the room furnishings were showing some wear and tear, i.e., headboard padding and light fixtures.

Complimentary breakfast in most other hotels are at 6am-10 am. Yours is 7:00 am-9:30 am; it is shorter. You’ll see long lines of people and some are standing eating. Not too good. If you shorten the breakfast, add more tables and chairs and add lines of food.

We stayed here earlier in our trip. We were surprised to get the same room again. Noisy neighbors. Hotel website should note that there is lots of free parking around the building and they should post the hours for the free airport shuttle. If your flight arrives after midnight, there is no airport shuttle service available. You have get Uber or taxi to the hotel.

Location is great, good value for money. Staff is really nice and welcoming. Beds are comfortable and rooms large.

The only thing I didn’t like was the paper dishes, cups and plastic cutlery at breakfast.

Great hotel near the airport.

Too much single use plastic/cardboard at breakfast. Could easily be served on china plates with cutlery. This would be much more environmentally friendly and would reduce waste significantly.

The hotel had an airport shuttle which was the main reason for booking. The shuttle driver was excellent and gave us a great tip on how to avoid the main security checkin. The room was comfortable with a secondary place to sit along with a desk/chair.
