Friendly staff, safe neighborhood and very clean. Nice pool with a very warm jacuzzi (but no bubbles). A small gym available (I didn't use). Free airport shuttle bus, close to the airport. Good value for money. US standard breakfast: scrambled eggs made from powder, sausages, pancakes, sweet bread, cup cakes, bagels, sweetened yoghurts, fruits (but no vegetables), hard boiled eggs, peanut butter and jelly.

Thin walls and ceiling, I could hear all sounds from surrounding rooms (conversations, tv, using toilet and shower) and also corridor (there was a large gap in doors - see attached photo). Loud air conditioner, I had to turn it off every night. Ear plugs necessary. No option to set gentle shower stream, it had to be turned on for max. Bad public transportation: only few buses, not running after 6:30 p.m. No sidewalks in nearby streets, so hard to find a nice running route.

The remodel was nice. The place smelt like new carpet. The pool was, nice the kids enjoyed it. There was a variety of breakfast foods and different choices daily.

I paid for a sofa bed that was not in the room. Beyond the hotels control they lost power for a night. There was no offer for any kind of compensation or anything. We had to buy breakfast that day. It was a horrible night of sleep in the hot hotel room. Their emergency lights were not brighter then the screen on a cell phone. So don't try to go into the hallway in the dark without a light of your own.

An easy check in,the room was large and clean. The bathroom was also clean. The location was close to the airport,but I was not using the airport. I chose this location as it was easy to get on and off the Interstate and I was only using the hotel as a one night "pit stop" on my way to Lake Tahoe. There is a Perkins Restaurant within a few yards of the hotel which for me was another plus as I enjoy their food and bakery. I believe there are a couple of other restaurants,but I can't be specific about those. The room was quiet and I had a good sleep before continuing my drive. I would stay here again

Being critical I could say include breakfast in the price,but to me it's not a deal breaker.

It’s a comfortable hotel in a very nice location close to the airport. The personnel were all friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle only runs once every half hour, and one must reserve in advance. I tried to do so by email, but that didn’t work. I didn’t have a local phone but was able to borrow one from someone in order to get the shuttle. We were only there for about eight or nine hours during a long layover. But then our next flight was delayed until the next day, so fortunately, we were able to go back to our room that we had left. This was very fortunate because all of the hotels were full in the area, and they sent us a shuttle straight away. We were thus able to get a decent sleep for about six or more hours until our flight the next morning. The breakfast was also very good. We further enjoyed the swimming pool.

Shuttles were only once every half hour, and they had to be reserved in advance.

The room was great and the staff was very helpful and attentive when checking in/out. We also used the washing machine facilities and were able to buy washing powder at the reception. There is an indoor pool that seems to be rarely used but it was nice to visit in the evening. There was coffee and tea in the room. Overall a great stay!

The hotel breakfast should not be included. Everything was served on single-use plates and cups and the food ingredients felt very processed. There was no fresh vegetables or even fresh bread. Only the packaged yogurt was good. I'm not sure if it used to be different before.

Our family had a wonderful stay at your property. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff greeted us with a smile and a warm "good morning" every time we walked around the property. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Consider adding more items to the breakfast menu.

Convenient to the airport. The shuttle driver, at 1:00am, was prompt, engaging and very pleasant. He praised the property and its staff and made us feel like we made a good choice in hotels. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. A bit stark, but well appointed.

This was the first ever airport hotel in this price range that has an automatic espresso machine but unfortunately it didn’t work. But it looked nice…

I chose Best Western + because of its' rates, location and availability of shuttle services. We flew in late at night and needed to get back to the airport the next morning for a rental car. The shuttle was available for both trips; accommodated our late arrival and delivered us safely the next morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bonus was breakfast in the morning!

I really can't think of a thing. My previous impressions of the Best Western brand had me a little worried about the choice of hotel that evening, but the experience changed my mind positively.

Good spacious room. While not a requirement I do always find it nice to have a safe in my room to keep my valuebles in. Close to the City and airport. And whilst close to the airport I was never really heard the sound of the planes inside that I would hear outside. Breakfast food itself was great.

Breakfast was on single use plates and forks. No need to go all out fancy, but they were quite flimsy so slicing my toast with egg was difficult.

Extra days of parking cost the same as the airport economy parking. Would be good for both the hotel and guests if the charge was $8/day. It may be an incentive for additional bookings, would provide extra revenue for the hotel, and guests would get a discount on parking for airport travel.
