I needed to cut my ski vacation short due to big snowstorm coming. I looked at the location and saw breakfast included as well as free airport shuttle. I read a bunch of reviews which pretty much seemed to be highly positive like my experience or extremely unsatisfied with the staff, cleanliness and the fact that the hot tub was down. Oh, and also complaints about the breakfast. I gotta say my husband and I didn't have high expectations and we were very happy with the price, location, a very nice, clean room, very good breakfast. We don't care about a communal hot tub. Yes, the staff isn't extremely friendly but they do their job and when we asked about the shuttle were on the ball about signing us up for a time slot so we wouldn't be disappointed. Thanks SLC staff we hated to shell out extra money but so glad such an affordable option fit all our needs.

There wasn't anything that fell short for us. We're widely traveled and for super budget lodging, free breakfast and free shuttle, we're happy campers

The front desk staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. I am a nurse and paramedic and Wyndham gives a first responder discount but there was an issue applying it (which was my fault). Jessica at the front desk went above and beyond to help me be able to use it and asked the manager to get it taken care of which did happen. We even got upgraded to a King suite which was beyond helpful when you have 4 people. The pool and hot tub felt great and the place was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good too with lots of options for all diet types.

I could never brag enough on manager Ernesto and his staff. My brother left his wallet in our room. We were 26 hours from our home!! So not exactly like we could go back and get it. Housekeeping turned his wallet in to the front desk. With all his money and cards still in it!!!! And Ernesto was so kind to ship it to our address. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The location was great. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were super clean. If I ever return to Salt Lake City I would never stay anywhere else! Such a great rate too!!

Liked everything!

Good location close to the airport and the city, the room was spacious and it was great to be able to swim and use jacuzzi after a day of walking. The breakfast was good with waffles, fruits, eggs and sausage. There are also few restaurants close by. With our 3 night stay at the hotel, we mostly appreciated the service of the front desk. A big thank you to the manager who drove us personally to the airport since there was no place in the shuttle and we didn't want to miss the plane, we really appreciated that! I would recommend this hotel to our friends for sure!

Probably the fanciest la Quinta I've ever stayed at for the same price you expect. Lovely front lobby/ seating area. Nice pool and jacuzzi in greenhouse type extension to the main building. Small fitness room. Staff were super friendly. Room very clean and has coffee maker, fridge, microwave.

Shower pressure was medium and the water was randomly going from hot to cold. Fitness room cardio machines were not plugged in and the treadmill that was, didn't work. Dumbbells missing from sets.

The property was in a great location for us. It was very clean. The staff were kind and friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was good and served hot. They’re very pet friendly. The rooms are spacious. The pool was in great condition as was the hot tub. Overall it was a very good experience.

Took a couple days for the air conditioning to actually produce cool air, which was a small issue seeing how the temp was in the high 90s low 100s but we managed just fine

Everything. My daughters were beyond static they have a pool that's open. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is more continental but they also have hot foods. They have an espresso maker. All the staff is amazing. Very friendly and professional, especially Justin. They have all gone above and beyond! Thank you, La Quinta, at the Salt Lake City airport location. You are all AMAZING!.

Tatooed staff was very friendly and accommodating despite working New Years Eve. Enjoyed the interaction.. Did not take breakfast, though he offered a light fruit before l left (early) Will visit again..

The elevator (1st impressions) had a terrible odor leading me to expect the same from the room. However, this was not the case. The room was very nicely done up and c comfortable. No sign by the road? I drove right by.

The La Quinta advertises an Airport Shuttle which is one of the reasons that I chose that motel. I was able to get a ride to the airport on the day I left. However despite signage stating that the shuttle ran until midnight (on one sign) and till 1 AM (on a different sign) When I called from Dallas to let them know I would be arriving at the SLC airport I was told the shuttles last run would be at 10:45 PM. I called again to let them know my flight had been delayed and was told again that there would be no shuttle. So the La Quinta was not help and I had to find a taxi and pay $25 to get from the Airport to the hotel.

Didn't get to have breakfast due to departing hotel at 5:30 am. But did like the fact that we could leave our car on the hotel premises and use airport shuttle for transportation to and from airport. The fee for leaving the car was very reasonable.

We received a phone call around 4 in the afternoon the day we checked out asking if we had checked out yet and what time we would b checking out. We left our key with a young lady at 5:30 in the morning before jumping on the shuttle and gave her our room number and she said she would take care of it. That was a little concerning.
