breakfast was ok: biscuits and cinnamon rolls were dry because they were under a heat lamp; no bacon available; could have had more fruit like bananas; would have liked to have had access to hot and cold water during the day and evening. I know we had a pot in the room for hot chocolate and such, but sometimes needed access to fresh water that had been filtered as in the breakfast dispensers. Huge bathroom.

Husband says it was like he expected: if you got to the breakfast early, the biscuits and rolls were not so hard. The room was mostly clean; towels were ok; they could have been bigger and softer. The pillows were feather or some stuff that was difficult for allergies and way too soft. Though they were labelled, the "medium" was very soft. It is a Holiday Inn Express, so full service and extras should not be expected.

The location was good. The property was easy to get in and out of and around a lot of stuff. The breakfast was the best.

The room was not cleaned all that good but it was OK. It was just popcorn on the floor from the previous people. The man that checked us in was a man a few words. but the lady that worked the next day was very friendly.

The front desk ladies on Sunday nite were outstanding. One Lady came in on her day off to help. Great communication and help. The breakfast was so good.. The rooms are super clean with fresh towels. Great Job!!

The room itself was comfy and clean. The coffee int he room was good. The staff at check in wee friendly and fast. I appreciated the pool and the fitness areas.

The diverter on the shower wasn't working properly, and the water was super-hot, but I made do as I truly was to exhausted to deal with it when i got there. I left extremely early, so I didn't see any one when I left and called management after my very long ride home to let them know.

Check in was super fast! We arrived late and we were exhausted! Staff had us checked in and ready to get to our room when we arrived! Beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet and clean! Great location near 127 as we were traveling through for the longest yard sale!

It was a little pricey considering we had a much larger suite in Columbus at the Sheraton for quite a bit less! But all in all we would likely book again if in the area!

Comfortable bed and pillows. Freezer in the refrigerator. Big variety of TV stations.

Doors slam and noisy hallways. Breakfast ends too early.

It was clean & the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. It appears that it was recently renovated.

Sounds weird to say but the toilet was very low to the ground.

Originally, I called reservations for Holiday Inn to book the room. The gentleman quoted me a price of $331. When I said I would book online for $180, he just hung up.

Great location to the bourbon distilleries. Staff was great.

Very small lobby area and for some reason our key to the room didn’t work often. Had to have them rekeyed almost every day.

Check-in and checkout were both smooth and friendly. Good interactions with pleasant staff every time we needed assistance or information. Varied and tasty selection of breakfast options. Comfortable bed and clean, well-sized room.

Although the bathroom was clean and well-sized with plenty of clean towels, there weren't enough places to hang bath towels and hand towels. Fruit options were limited during breakfast (just bananas and some kind of citrus).
