-Nicely remodeled room -Love hair and body products on shower wall -Decent breakfast food variety (very friendly food staff) -Elevators came quickly!! -Great location in Frankfort

The pool was supposed to close at 10pm. While I understand it's fun for family and friends to swim at night after a long day out and about, if your hotel room faces the pool it is VERY loud when people are talking, kids are screaming and splashing, etc. Had to call down to the front desk at 1030p one night and gave up night two. Body wash in shower was not checked by housekeeping and we ran out.

This Hampton is stark in its decor, with a minimalist, purely functional decor with not much appeal. BUT: The bed was divinely comfortable, and charming Miss Ginger at the front desk made up for that Spartan decor. She is a peach and made us feel welcome. The sausage patty at breakfast was excellent. Can't wait for next time.

That decor! Looks like Hampton took over a Motel 6. Luckily you have Ginger.

The breakfast was. Very good and net my expectations and the location was was perfect, close to Rt 64 and Rt 75. I booked this locative case it was right on Rt 127

I didn't like that a passing storm knocked out power to the whole area including the Hotel. But the staff was excellent in handling this situation.

we enjoyed our stay. the room was big, water pressure in the shower was excellent. the staff was friendly and kind. the breakfast was good. we were close to Buffalo Trace to enjoy that experience.

we paid a little more than we wanted but later found out there was a Horse show nearby and everything was booked.

I like staff they where nice. The motel was very clean it was very nice stay there I look forward to coming back again soon and stand there again I want to thank the staff for the kindness and everything!!

The breakfast was good and the food area was-very clean and welcoming. We parked 40 feet from the door and since it was raining that was nice. The main entrance was being worked on.

The Hampton was wonderful. Staff very friendly. They had a machine that was a scented atmosphere so it didn’t smell like a hotel. Very inviting. Bfast was great. Waffles had choice of chocolate chips or syrup. Very appreciated. Close to restaurants and main roads yet quiet. Room was clean.

The food was always hot and fresh. They kept the stations clean and well stocked.

The only issue with the room, was that the shower curtain was way to short for the bathtub, when showering, water got all over the floor.

The employees were very friendly and accommodating.

All the surprise fees and taxes added on at the last minute. They should be included when you book your room.

Fast check in, nice clean room and good breakfast. We also liked that check in was at 3 and check out was at 12. The addition time is great.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.
