Everything was fantastic, location right in the heart but still quiet enough at night. The praise, however must go to the staff... a true credit to La Bella! The attention to detail with the cleaning staff was on point! People who take that much pride in their work are certainly commendable. The boss should take note!

The staff were great, the breakfast overall in the Carpe Diem Cafe was big and plentiful. The beach chairs you can use for free are comfortable and padded. Location is great for turtles. The room was nice with good amenities, bathroom was outside and could get a bit hot. Shower pressure good and consistent water temperature. Quiet at night because at the further end if the party strip. Noise comes from other guests not being able to close doors quietly. This seems to be an international problem, come on everyone, be more considerate!

Bed was a bit hard, especially if you're a side sleeper. Noise from the mosque but bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

The location is amazing, walk ( not bike) distance to the pubs and entertainments. Ocean room view is the best I ever seen. Sunrise perfect view every single day!! We had such a great holiday, all the staff always smiling and friendly, very polites and professionals! They have a really good team. The SPA was exceptional, the staffs and environment were perfect. They also have a restaurant, that is also freely good, many options and different food styles. NasiGoren and Ice lemon tea were my favourite! 🥰🥰 Andi ,Dian,Tari,Annie,Hana, Irma and Sairip made our stay even better!! Terima kashi everyone!!

Unfortunately we had some issues in regards to the water. For few days we did not have any water in the room until late. They were very friendly and explained to us that they were having issues with the water supplier and it will be fixed. (This was MY experience, I don't know how often it happens. Even though I Still have an amazing time!

This Hotel was amazing. My girlfriend and I have just finished our stay here and had an amazing time. The view from the room was amazing and we spent a lot of time sitting out on the balcony. The staff here were the highlight they we so lovely and helped us with anything we needed. We had a massage here and were not disappointed. These were the best massages we’ve had in Indonesia. Sairip and Dila gave our massages and they did an amazing job, would highly recommend them if looking for a massage on Gili T.

Sometimes there can be a bit of noise at night here. The restaurant can be hit and miss for dinner would recommend the nasi goreng. Breakfast and lunch is good in the cafe

the location to the turtle beach is exceptional. can can literally walk across the road, get into the water and see turtles. Having a villa with a pool was perfect for steamy afternoons to cool off. walking distance to many restaurants and cycling to everywhere.

there was a waiter at the cafe attached to the villas that continually made fun of our country. he would swear every second word. we explained it wasn’t funny and he continued to do it. We limited our time at the cafe. it would be good to get room service from the cafe to the villa. I like a good coffee.

Location location location. La Bella is situated on my favourite part of the island. Best beach for swimming pretty much any time of day, water does get shallow at lowest tide but much better than the other parts of the island where swimming isn’t possible at lowest tide but tide. Snorkelling off the beach is the best with multiple turtles spotted every single time I went in the water. The pool villa is lovely with great outside relaxing space next to the pool. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and always smiling.

La Bella is a lovely resort right on turtle beach so we were able to walk out of our room, have a nice breakfast on the beach and straight into the water for snorkelling with turtles and beautiful tropical fish. This was our main reason for travelling to Gili T.

I feel I should be honest - the advertised tv with cable channels did not work and the internet was sketchy. We are an older couple and we don't usually want to party at night so being able to watch a movie in bed was difficult at times. This may not be an issue for most but we stayed here for around 18 nights total. Also, sorry to say the food was much better elsewhere. Basic Indo food was ok but 5 out of 6 pizzas on the menu included canned corn and the tuna bruschetta was a soggy slop with canned corn and a stiff little piece of overcooked tuna! We would have eaten there more often but the surrounding warungs/restaurants generally served better food. (Sorry La Bella).

Access to facilities like laundry, room service would have made this a perfect 10. Well maintained and clean .

The staff are the loveliest and kindest people ever and work hard to look after this place and keep the guests happy. We really appreciated them. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday. However, considering the price to be above average for Gili islands, there were a few things that stopped this place from being a 10/10. First the air-con positioned away from the bed didn’t feel like it was cooling us down at night but did the job (just about). We had an amazing balcony view but the smells from the street in the day when it was sunny made it impossible to sit out there for long periods + the noises in the night if you are a light sleeper (the mosque is near by and the prayers begin very early too). The biggest let down is the breakfast unfortunately and the restaurant attached next door. If you’re coming to Gili definitely stay here for the turtles 100m from the hotel entrance and the lovely people who work here.
