We fell in love with Jeeva Resort at first sight! My bestie and I had been looking forward to a beachfront getaway and the villa exceeded our expectations - privacy and tranquility at its finest. The staff at Waroeng were exceptional, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highlights included a delightful dinner accompanied by live music on our second night and a generous breakfast spread with a vast menu selection. Special mention to Windri, Dini and April for their outstanding service. The entire team deserves praise! While the front desk could improve, our overall experience was fantastic. We hope to return to Jeeva Resort on our next visit to Lombok.

The staff were excellent and deserve special comment -- everyone was super friendly and accommodating and made us feel very relaxed and welcome. The food was also very good quality and didn't feel the need to go outside to find dinner, although we did go down to Senggigi one evening, where there were other good restaurants. It was easy to get private-hire cars using Grab, which were very affordable. We left our kids at home for this trip and noticed that almost all the other guests were adult couples as well. We enjoyed the quietness of the pool and beach areas.

There are two things I think could be improved. (a) More umbrellas by the reclining chairs near the pool and beach. It was very sunny from mid-morning through mid-afternoon and shade was hard to find by the pool. (b) Hanging mosquito nets in front of the sliding glass room doors. There was always a nice breeze blowing and we would have liked to keep our door open more (rather than rely on A/C), but the lack of mosquito net meant we always had the door shut before dark.

Beautiful small resort with Indonesian setting , rooms amazing , pool Devine , staff excellent and location to Gillis great .

There was construction next to our room and I was really upset by constant banging and felt the resort should not of sold this room next to building works . They did finally get building to stop after 3pm but this severely impacted our first few days.

Jeeva Klui Resort architecturally balances modern amenities with traditional Indonesian design just as seamlessly as locals intertwine their daily lives with guests in an idyllic beach shared by surfers, snorkelers and sunset spear fisherman. Precisely for this reason, guests enjoy a stay enriched not only by the stunning backdrop of a lavish tropical forest surrounding the perfectly landscaped and maintained grounds but also, and above all, by the opportunity to take a peak at the community, traditions and habits. Located a short drive from Bangsal Port with fast boat connections to Bali and an even shorter drive to a local fishing village with charter boats to the Gili islands, this resort serves, in the evenings, exquisite beachfront dinners under lights dangling from a majestic Ficus Lyrata tree as they waltz to the sea breeze and, in the mornings, mouthwatering breakfasts, including eggs Benedict, pancakes, freshly squeezed juices and many other options, under the shade of the same tree. The photographs show the infinity pool, the well-equipped gym, the sauna, the views and other facilities, but what they fail to display is the extraordinary commitment, professionalism, politeness and congeniality of the staff, without exception, from the concierge who will welcome you to the resort with a reinvigorating tamarind juice at the reception desk and a fresh fruit platter waiting for you in your room, to the servers and housekeeping staff who will drop by your room several times a day to refill water bottles, to bring you more Bali coffee, to spray your room at dusk (not a single mosquito bite in 6 days) or to just bring fresh beach towels. The gardeners work tirelessly to upkeep the resort, and we even enjoyed complimentary coconut water as they were cutting down coconuts. Up the hill, the spa boasts the best views and undoubtedly the best massage therapists as we have never felt more relaxed after a massage, a unanimous opinion among guests. Unforgettable!

Having to checkout. This place is a 10/10. Just perfect! If you come across a bad review about this resort, please remember that such reviews often tell much more about the guest than about the actual resort, and they are invariably uninformative, so take them with a grain of salt.

Impressive doesn't even begin to do justice to my experience at Jeeva. For a week I was transported to a fantasy land and I'm still in awe at what a surreal time it was. The scenery, service and staff were impeccable - picturesque sunsets overlooking the beach by the infinity pool, unbelievable the stuff of dreams. What differentiated this place from other resorts/villa stays has to be the staff. Jeeva is incredibly fortunate to have such dedicated and passionate team members, who went out of their way to ensure me and my grandma had the best of everything. They went above and beyond to facilitate any requests and make sure we felt welcomed. From the front reception, housekeeping, landscapers, dining staff, massage therapists to the drivers - I'd like to extend my warmest thanks for making each day at Jeeva so magical and memorable. Although I can't list all names I'd like to take a moment to thank the following in particular: Etal, Dini, Hardi, Komang, Yasa, Firman, Alwi, Deo, Windri, Putra, Fitri, Diki, Rika and Ayu - my trip would've been incomplete without knowing you all - until next time!!

Genuinely the only thing I didn't like was leaving. On the last night and morning of it was hard to reconcile that my time at Jeeva was over and even after leaving Jeeva still weighed heavy on my heart and mind.

Having worked and travelled around the world as United Nations staff for over 20 years we are well used to good service in hotels. But the service we received in Jeeva Klui during our 5 day stay redefined the standard we were used to. This was a clear example of hospitality at its very best! All staff worked as if Jeeva Klui belonged to them. We can feel they love being there, working there and serving its guests. Nothing is too much to ask for. The gardener rushed to help us when he saw us with our suitcases. The room service staff provided excellent room cleaning and a turn down service in the evening. Their attention to detail was amazing. The restaurant staff were so professional yet warm and friendly, and always served the excellent food on offer with a smile. Particularly we would like to thank pak Komang, ibu Windry and ibu Dini and ibu Lenny. You all made our stay in Lombok so memorable. The hotel itself is great, clean, peaceful with a beautiful infinity pool. And the sunset from the restaurant and the pool was breathtaking. The afternoon tea was our highlight of the day after outside activities. Overall, we would say that Lombok is a beautiful island. But you can find many beautiful islands in other places in this world.  But you will not find Jeeva Klui and it's very special staff anywhere else....the staff are great ambassadors of not only Jeeva Klui, but the whole of the island of Lombok. We will for sure be returning to Jeeva Klui...perhaps next time for a large family reunion. (Vincent, Rosida, John and Regina)

A suggestion that it might be considered to extend the afternoon tea to 1.5 hours instead of 1 hour.

My partner and I have travelled extensively both together and individually and stayed at some amazing resorts but this one is absolutely next level. We left today after spending 7 glorious nights here and I’m not sure how we will ever get used to doing anything for ourselves again. The resort itself is set on a stunning private beach. Our beachfront suite (101) with incredible ocean views from the terrace was well appointed and the most private of all the suites. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and huge comfortable bed. The daily turndown service was such a treat to come back to at night. The included breakfast was from a full menu and they generously allowed guests to choose as many items as they wanted and special requests were never a problem. The free daily afternoon tea was also very generous and premium coffee (unlimited) is included at both mealtimes. We availed ourselves of the 2 for 1 cocktail happy hour between 4pm and 7pm every day. The spa was awesome and Lina’s massages were up there with the best massages I’ve ever had. It is incredibly hard to find any fault with this property but their most precious asset is the staff. Travelling extensively around Bali and Lombok you do get used to the special service the Balinese and Sasak people provide but nothing could have prepared us for the level of service we received at Jeeva Klui. Imagine having every single need you could possibly think of catered for and then double it. That still doesn’t come close to the service this passionate, caring and intuitive group of incredible human beings provide. Every single was outstanding but we were totally blown away by a few who somehow managed to go over and above even more. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Dini (Dino, Dina, Dana Dinosaur), Windri (Wayan), Yasa (Jonny Woop), Ayu with the new name tag and the unparalleled Komang (thanks for the mangos) who is the epitome of hospitality. We arrived as guests and left as family!

Jeeva Klui Resort is a true gem! The entire property is beautifully maintained – the lush green areas and the pristine, clean beach create the perfect setting for relaxation. We stayed in a front-row room on the upper floor, and it was simply breathtaking. The direct view of the ocean and the soothing sound of the waves brought a smile to our faces throughout our entire stay. The menu offers a carefully curated selection of Indonesian specialties, as well as other Asian and Western dishes. The quality of the food is outstanding – every meal was a delight! The Happy Hour is another highlight, especially the Piña Colada and the classic Negroni. What made our stay truly unforgettable, however, were the wonderful people working at Jeeva Klui. Dini, Leny, April, and Komang greeted us warmly every morning, while Ken and the entire team ensured a fantastic atmosphere in the evening. From the very beginning, they addressed us by name, quickly remembered our preferences, and always went the extra mile to make our stay special. They were incredibly attentive, genuinely friendly, and always in a great mood – never intrusive, just perfect hosts. Thanks to them, we truly felt at home at Jeeva Klui. This resort is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a wonderful time. Another highlight was the complimentary yoga class with a stunning ocean view. As beginners, we felt well guided by Rossa, who made the experience both enjoyable and inspiring. We had ten unforgettable days here and hope to return to this magical place soon!

my partner and I stayed at jeeva Klui hotel for 3 nights and we wish we could stay more . This place is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Set on the coast of sengiggi , this hotel offers the best relaxing atmosphere you are looking for. The hotel is secluded but not far from the main area and other locations . The food was super unique and tasty . Every corner of the hotel is special and with an unprecedented attention to detail. From the hotel; you can watch a spectacular sunset while having your cocktail by the infinity pool and overlooking the ocean. Just perfect. The rooms are so big, comfortable and clean and we loved the open shower ;) . A massive thank you goes to the STAFF…. They are the best people we met. So welcoming , so helpful and always ready to listen and meet your needs . They made our stay more special than we could have expected and their smiles will be missed. Thank you to all of you at jeeva Klui , we will definitely come back <3

Great views from the beachfront suite. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff ensured that the room and surroundings were kept pest free. Food at the resort restaurant was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Leny and Dini who work at the resort restaurant. They went out of their way to make sure that I was well taken care of. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality and thoughtfulness.

There is no lock from the inside of the room, which means any staff could simply unlock the room even when I am resting inside. The lack of safety makes me feel insecure as a solo female traveler. I had to resort to using the side table to block the door every night. The beach (not the resort's fault) water and sand are not crystal clear / white as what the picture makes it out to be.
