Beautiful hotel - room, breakfast, and the town is a hidden gem!

Not telling us about a parking issue- there was a fair or a fleemarket happening on the parking of the hotel the next day and I messaged the hotel about the parking on the very same day of our arrival to which they confirmed we can park outside the hotel. But once we prked and checked in, they told us we have to move our car. A minor thing, but could have been communicated a few hours beforehand.

Clean and value for money. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We were travelling on business and ended up checking in at 10pm. this was not a problem. We asked for 2 small whiskeys as the day had been exhausting having been travelling since 1am that day and they brought them to us without delay. It was a clean hotel. not flash but functional and practical. It was a shame the pool was not open before 8am. Fully recommend.

Centrally located in this pretty small town with immediate access to its old/rebuilt streets and alleyways leading down to the flowery riverside. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the vibrantly decorated ones. Breakfast included a good selection of breads,pastries,fruits and cheeses.

There was a large tile missing above the toilet which revealed the insulation behind. Not a problem but unsightly. Our room was above the reception area which meant we had a good view of the square but also more awareness of people standing outside to smoke and chat. Not the hotel’s fault ,of course ,but slightly irritating.

A last-minute booking....to help a friend out....staff really helpful, especially with my efforts of the french language....only a small menu...the food was well presented and lovely tasting.....

There is nothing of concern to report about the hotel, we used the parking opposite the hotel, however, wasn't sure if that was permitted, but thankfully, there were no issues in the morning on departure....

Great location. Could park the car for free right outside. There were electric car chargers across the square and a great tourist information centre.

It wasn't clear when we booked that the swimming pool/sauna etc wasn't in the actual hotel. The photos make it look as if they are in the hotel but you have to walk or drive to another location to use the facility's. There is also an additional charge for using the pool which we were not expecting.

Conveniently situated with on site parking adjacent to the Hotel, the bedroom was not huge but ample enough as you only put your head down in it. A late ask if we could lodge a pet and this Hotel does. We booked a table in the restaurant and the food was presented well and delicious a big plus for us. The reception were really helpful and multi lingual. Nice little bar lounge area to sit and relax with a drink which we did before dinner..

Good location to walk into town. Parking is right outside the hotel although you do have to move before the market sets up on Tuesday. Excellent en-suite facilities and room was spacious.

Room was a little dark and a bit disjointed due to the original room being divided.

We have stayed here over many years and it is always good, clean and comfortable and central to all amenities.

The new Duvet Covers and Pillows were awful, they looked pretty but made me feel very itchy as they were not smooth cotton but a wrinkled material - most uncomfortable and I would bring my own sheet next time.

We stayed two nights and it was a really nice town, a good hotel with nice beds, a good bathroom, the windows were towards a bar and restaurant (so noisy OR nice, it depends on how you see it :P ), very close to the centre and all you wanted there, a big parking lot just outside, nice walks a long the "city". Coffee, tea and tv on the room.

A carpented floor can easily feel dirty. But nice too. No included beakfast.

Well located in the centre of the town, easy to walk out and around the sights. The on site restaurant was good quality and good value. It is worth checking out the historic bell foundry .
