We were here for the Ironman event, so it was ideally placed a short walk from the train station on arrival and a great location from all the main event infrastructure. Lovely well presented apartment, very clean. The staff here were simply wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and made our stay very comfortable. Especially Tinni on the bar who was absolutely brilliant! Good selection for breakfast and the lunches we had during our stay were tasty. The pool area was very nice too and always clean. Would definitely return here.

A small niggle and didn't affect our stay really, but we didn't like the fake grass on the balcony. We had a couple of short spells of rain but the fake grass never really dried out properly meaning it was damp underfoot all the time, even with the canopy extended.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Everything needed was in the apartment, including the necessaries in the kitchen (coffee maker and other accessories). The bed was comfortable. The balcony was nice with enough space to sit and view the pool. The living room and toilet were fine. The location is very good, in the center of town, but quiet, a few minutes from the main shopping street and the train station for trips to Barcelona. I like such apartment hotels where you can prepare your own coffee and something for eat when you want, not depends on the schedule in the hotel.

The walls are thin and you can often hear sounds from other rooms, especially at night (louder conversation, ringing of mobile phones, running water in the toilet). The pool was sometimes noisy because of the many children staying at the hotel.

Everything was perfect, beyond expections. Large, bright, very clean rooms, equipped with everything you need. Very kind and friendly staff, everyone is speaking English. The food is tasty and varied. The pool is also very clean. Every day there were funny and exciting activities: water gymnastics, competitions, music evenings, games. We felt very good and we will definitely be back. Congratulations and many thanks to the staff. Congratulations to the management.

Coffee from the coffee machine had a strange taste like bacon

It was a really, really nice stay in the hotel. We can't complain about anything. We enjoyed the food for the breakfast and dinner. I ate more salty dishes, my wife ate sweet dishes, our daughter ate fruits, I think everyone could finds something for their preferences. Everything was very clean and well prepared, we had one issue with AC one day, but we reported it at the reception and when we came back in the afternoon everything worked just fine. Yes, the water in the pool was quite cold, but common, it was the end of September, nights are quite cold. Yes, the WiFi was not the best in our room (second floor). Yes, walls are quite thin and you can hear noises from above you or rooms next to you. But for this price, you shouldn't complain and expect 5 star quality. And at last, the biggest advantage in this hotel are people who work there. Everyone is extremely nice, kind and helpful. Really excellent staff! We definitely recommend you this hotel. Good location (can go on foot to tbe beach and to the parks), availability of the pool, playground and kids room

Small things which contribute to the comfort: missing soap, broken dispencer, dirty towels, which was fixed after I asked for this, transfer bus to Portaventura arriving 30 minutes later than scheduled. These things did not ruin the vacation, but they didn't make me feel we were staying in a good 4* hotel caring of its guests.

Friendly, family oriented hotel in the centre of Calella. The location was great, we were able to just pop out to buy essentials or go for dinner. It's also 5 minutes walk from the train station and 7 min walk from the beach. The hotel itself is pleasant, clean and child friendly. The pool area is really nice. And the pool is good size plus it has the little paddling pool with the slide at the back. Rooms are basic but clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and balcony large. The breakfast and dinner buffet is nice and good value for money if you're hungry. Staff are friendly. I would recommend for a family holiday, if you like being in bustling town (and not in a remote resort), which we did.

Really had just two issues with the hotel. One: there needs to be more plug sockets in the room, especially in the kitchen. There was one plug socket in the kitchen, for three appliances (toaster, kettle and microwave), which is just not enough, and we had to keep plugging and unplugging appliances. Two: the wifi in the rooms is not very good. It keeps cutting out. Downstairs in the lobby great and by the pool, but where you really need it - in the rooms it's poor and needs improving please.

The staff was amazing. The service during breakfast and dinner was flawless. The food was, with absolute exceptions, of a high standard. The highlight would be the young chef at the grill, who was a complete professional. Always smiling and most importantly, he knew what he was doing. Every dish he made was perfect.Also young lady “Animator” who cares about daily program was amaizing. She was wonderfull. I can't imagine a better person to prepare an entertaining program for the children. Location of hotel if also nice. You can reach by foot the beach and there also also many shops and places to buy everything you need or you wish.

The bathroom did not meet our expectations. The mat in front of the bath was not very hygienic. There was a bit of mold around the bath.

small pool, older children jump on the heads of other swimmers, no one controls it. When painting children's faces, the brushes were covered in old paint that had dried out, this is not acceptable! There are examples of designs on the Internet, I highly recommend looking at them before painting over your child’s entire face...

Just tiny details: no hand soap in the bathroom, no paper towels - there is a supermarket nearby, so it is easy to get it but it would be nice to already have it inside :) The walls are thin, so you can hear people in the corridors and moving chairs in apartment upstairs.
