Great locations. Great room, as they upgraded the most comfortable room the moment checking in. Great surprised. Great facilities in the hotel, where you find coffee & tea at the welcome receptions area with yummy cookies. Amazing staffs like Ms Ewa (Kocham cię) :)) and another beautiful lady with lovely trendy hair colour, loved their great vibes and super helpful! So precise on all the questions, locations was asking and they are so willing to answer to fit to your needs. Perfect English communication and that's so perfect to everyone.

We arrived early and were lucky enough to get straight into our room. Reception staff were super friendly. The room had everything you need for an extended stay, a kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and the bathroom had lots of space to store personal things. Laundry downstairs was handy with washing machine and dryer. We were on the 3rd floor and the view across the city looking towards the harbour was nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was cosy and warm. We were able to store our luggage for several hours in a small room at reception after we checked out until we were ready to catch the airport bus (the stop was only a short walk away which was great too)

The hotel is located in a very convenient place in the city centre. One can easily wander around on foot everywhere in the city and also reach the central bus station within a few minutes. The rooms are quite spacious and have some facilities that can help you to prepare a quick meal. The central heating worked perfectly and although the weather was very cold in the room the temperature was perfect. The staff was also very friendly and helpful both during our online communication and also while being there.

I think that the bathroom and kitchen could be renovated as it is obvious that they are relatively old although they are very clean. I would also appreciate some better quality of shampoo/shower gel.

I recently stayed at the Enter City Hotel in Tromso for 7 nights during my solo trip to participate in the midnight sun marathon and explore various summer sports in the region, such as kayaking, cycling, and glacier hiking. Overall, my experience at Enter City Hotel was quite positive. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's convenient location, which was close to the city center. This made it easy for me to explore the vibrant streets, visit local attractions, and access public transportation. I appreciated being able to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, making my evenings after a day of activities quite enjoyable. The staff at the Enter City Hotel were friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout my stay. I'd like to extend my gratitude to Eva and Alvin at the front office for their exceptional customer service. They were always ready to assist me with any inquiries, provide recommendations on local attractions, and ensure my stay was comfortable. Their warm and helpful attitude made a positive impression on me and contributed to a pleasant overall experience. The rooms at the hotel were on the smaller side, but I found them to be comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated having a private space to relax and unwind after a long day of outdoor activities. Despite the limited space, the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a clean and functional bathroom, a desk for working or planning my adventures, and a television for entertainment. One standout feature of the Enter City Hotel was the in-house free laundry facility. This was a huge convenience, especially for someone like me who engaged in outdoor activities and needed to wash my clothes regularly. It saved me the hassle of finding a laundromat or spending extra money on laundry services.

The highlight for us was the kitchen. Fully equipped and with a modern stove, we could prepare meals on a daily basis and therefore avoid the expensive restaurants of Tromsø. The room had a lot of space, we felt at home for the days we spent there.

We arrived early and fortunately we could store our luggage until the check-in time. There was no bathroom available though... Our room was next to the road and even with closed windows, one could hear a lot. Opening the windows at night was impossible. Fortunately the hotel offered free earplugs, which helped a lot!

Perfect location in Tromso. Whilst rather dated the room had everything we needed for a short stay. Being able to self-cater is a bonus.

The bed (pillow top on mattress) was too soft. The mattress on top of the two single bases moved to the side during the night and hubby almost fell off the bed. There's no freezer compartment in the fridge - not helpful as we carry freezer blocks and a small esky for self-catering. Knives we're in a basket (with other utensils) on the top shelf in the cupboard above the sink - dangerous when reaching up to take the basket down - user warning, beware, knives could slip out! A magnetic knife holder on the kitchenette wall would solve the problem.

It was the best hotel experience I ever had. The room was spacious, very nice interior, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchenette and nice bathroom. Everything was very clean, high standard. The location of the hotel is amazing, totally in the center of the city, with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets right next to. Despite such a central location, during the night was very quiet outside (and inside the hotel), I slept soooo good! I also need to mention the staff in the hotel- everybody were super sweet, friendly, easy going, helpful with big smiles and great sense of humour! I wish in every hotel the staff was so lovely! I totally recommend this place, can't wait to be back.

Everything was perfect!

The room had a small kitchen well equipped and they also offered a washing and drying machine. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is in an excellent location a short walk to the harbour, museums, shops and restaurants. They offer discounts in some restaurants. but the large supermarket and two 7/11's are in the walking distance. Special thanks to the people working at the reception and cleaning, very lovely and amazing people always ready to help :)

Not a bad thing, but maybe it would be nice to emphasize more the discounts you offer in the restaurants (maybe in the elevator like you allready have for some restaurants). I saw the info on the 2nd floor, but there was not any at the 3rd :(

Superb central location, easy to get to on the airport bus, stops a couple of minutes walk away. Ewa/Eva? on reception when we arrived was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and functioning, lots of wardrobe space and everything you needed in the little kitchenette for making lots of different meals. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Really comfortable beds, super warm room with the ability to control at ease. Had to ask reception for ear plugs as could hear the generators outside first night but am very sensitive to noise and the ear plugs were great and couldn't feel them. Great wi-fi.

The bathroom was very basic, although everything you needed just looked a bit clinical and need of freshening up. Not sure what I expected with 'toiletries' included as got hand wash foam and shower gel. Maybe I am being a little picky and was expecting hand cream just as a basic as most hotels offer this. although this is my first time to Norway so maybe not here. Just would have been a nice touch as hands very dry from the cold - perhaps should have brought my own. Welcome bottle of water maybe in the fridge if getting there late....

This place was an awesome place to stay in Tromso. The staff was super great! The room was clean and their customer service is excellent! The staff is very warm, friendly and helpful! They even gave me recommendations for where to see the Northern Lights and get the best views. I also received other great recommendations on where to shop and eat! Everything is close by and convenient. Because of the convenience, you don't need a car if you stay here and only want to be in Tromso. However, I had a car because I travelled a lot out of the city. The hotel even gave me a great rate for the parking garage. Will book this hotel again when I return to Tromso! The beds could be a little more firmer. Aside from that, everything was great!
