Staff were incredibly helpful with absolutely everything. The breakfast even contained a full allergy section which included gluten free options and dairy free options which I was very grateful for! Toilets were available on practically every floor, the lobby, the restaurant and the conference. There were games to play in the lobby too! We loved our room, it was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, even though it was a room with no window we had a sky light!

Our experience was perfect, we had friends staying in another room and they had issues with key cards and other things like that so that was the only negative we came across.

Great staff, good breakfast. Very good communication before checking in! We had a windowless room and it was very cosy and well-lit, didn’t miss a window during our stay. Easy to navigate inside the large hotel, good signs and helpful staff.

We had a double bed with only one duvet and its width was less than the bed’s width. Also only had one hand towel and one body towel - had to go to the reception to ask for an extra towel. No towel to put on the floor to prevent getting water everywhere after showering. The location isn’t too walkable when it comes to off-hours as you can’t cut through Mall of Scandinavia, and it’s not right near the Solna Station.

Beautiful room! The staff was amazing, we were participating in the Snowball festival which was located in the Strawberry arena and it was definitely not easy for the staff to handle that massive crowd of festival participants going to the breakfast all at once, but the staff was always extremely friendly and made sure nothing is missing from the breakfast. The breakfast was also incredible! We also liked that we got a breakfast bag to go, because we had to leave at 3.30 am for the airport. The games in the foyer were also really fun

The rooms and bathrooms were nice, tidy and clean. The breakfast was absolutely perfect, good selection of all kind of foods. Hotel staff was kind and helpful.

Because of some event in Strawberry Arena almost all the parking places close to the hotel was closed, so we needed to leave the car about 10 min walk from the hotel. It is strange arrangement that this size of hotel does not have sufficient number of parking places independently from events outside the hotel.

Friendly staff. Plenty of natural light in the room. Big enough bathroom with a bathtub. Really vast and beautiful hotel in general. AMAZING breakfast - our favorite thing about this hotel!

We booked a room for 4 adults thinking we would all have a "normal" bed (that's what we saw on the pictures). However, two of those beds were "kids' beds" that were wall beds and were not comfortable at all for the 2 using them... Sleep was therefore not great for 2 guests.

- The hotel offered a wonderful breakfast with a wide range of options. - The bed was incredibly comfortable, and our room was spacious with large windows letting in plenty of natural light. - The rooms were super clean and quiet.

There isn’t much to note except that the hotel does not have its own parking. However, you can usually park in the Strawberry Area parking lot in front of entrance door, though it might be difficult during events at Strawberry Arena.

The location was perfect for visiting the Strawberry Arena - it couldn't be closer. It is also very close to the Westfield Shopping Mall which is great. The beds are very comfortable - the room was large and had a lovely big window. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and I would stay there again if I was visiting the arena. I think it was good value for what we paid.

I felt the room was very minimalist. There were no drawers to put clothes except for a wardrobe with 3 hangers in it. I would have liked coffee/tea making facilities.

Airconditioning dit not cooled the room below 23.4 degrees accordingthe thermostat, even let on the lowest setting of 18 degrees.. Because the windows could not open because the design of the building this was insufficient during summer days. Shower in the somewhat dated bathtub.

The friendliness of the staff was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door, and we were able to check out late without the additional fee. The gym at the hotel was also one of the best I have experienced! Treadmills, ellipse, loads of weights and machines. The breakfast spread was excellent with so many different options, and the location was perfect for the purpose of my stay.

The only thing I was missing was a fried egg during breakfast, and that might just have been me not being able to find it in the mix of the massive breakfast they offered! Can't recommend highly enough.

I had a room on the 21st floor, and could enjoy a great view over the surroundings. The room was quiet. Having the Mall of Scandinavia next door is a big plus. Superb breakfast! There’s everything one could hope for. The breakfast room did not feel crowded even when it was almost full.

If you want to easily explore central Stockholm and drop in at your hotel room during the day, this hotel is not your choice, it’s too far away from the city center.
