The host and property was truly amazing! the property was clean and everything about our room was perfect. I have stayed in many hotels from 5* to 3* and this is the only property which had Netflix and Disney. It’s an amazing place to stay and superb location. The host was superb, such a lovely gentleman. I cannot fault it one bit, Property and host was 5* service.

Everything was perfect.

We loved all the attention to detail and the romantic touches. We even arrived to a glass of prosecco each as a welcome.

The location is quite intimidating. This is not a hotel but more a small flat in an apartment block on quite a grim sidestreet. There is a lot of debris and detritus on the road outside and being close to the station, the neighborhood is a bit rundown. Everyone seemed friendly enough though and we had no problems.

Everything looked exactly as in the pictures, the facilities are top notch! The owners are nice and helpful!

It was a gorgeous room with great facilities. The host was so friendly, he even collected us from the airport when our flight was delayed. It was very close to the train station so it was perfect for a one night stay on a trip to the Amalfi coast.

The massage tub — it’s really the highlight of the stay. clean and smoothing, good relaxation after a long day walk. and host was very considerate to even provide bathrobe

valve of bathroom difficult to adjust. also pay attention to shower, don’t get water leaked out

This is not a hotel, but an RB&B. That is not a problem for me, but it was advertised as a hotel. There was no kitchen.

Location

The jacuzzi was nice. Location os good, area isn't very good, but it's 9min walk to train station

Offer should have included breakfast for all days but in reality it was some juice boxes and suspicios pastries in drawer. No milk, no coffee. Weird. First time experiencing anything like this. Unfortunately the sheets were visibly dirty. :(

A bit old, shower door doesn’t close so water will flow away, blood stamps on the sheets, not much clean in general
