The staff were lovely and so accommoda ting and helpful. The resort was beautiful and a great place to stay with kids, loved the basketball, tennis, mini golf etc. It was a perfect location right near the beach. Great service having the room done each day also. The little toy camels for the kids at arrival were also happily received.

The only complaints we have was that on check in everyone else was offered a glass of sparkling but we weren't for some reason. Also, my two daughters are coeliac and they didn't have any gluten free meals on the kids menu for the girls at the resort, even the chips because they are cooked in the same fryer as non gluten free food. I would suggest that they have an air fryer dedicated to gluten free chips and nuggets for kids so they have something to eat by the pool. In saying that the restaurant manager was very helpful in trying to find out what options the girls had at the various restaurants at cable beach.

I liked the pools and food available for lunch. Breakfast each day was brilliant, staff excellent nothing a problem managers were magnificent. The location close to cable beach, with tpt available all day in and out of Broome. The exotic garden settings throughout the whole complex was wonderful,peaceful and relaxing.

Better detailed info regarding availability,timings, location and a number to book for dinner at the restaurant. Lack of fresh tropical fruit would be nice in our rooms, as none available or displayed anywhere. I had problems getting my phone to obtain menus from the TV, my apps di not work??

Exceptional service by all staff, everyone we passed by had a huge smile and greeting for us. Didn't have a bad meal the whole time we were there. Plenty of activities to keep us occupied between lounges by the pool. Cichetti for dinner was absolutely delicious, can highly recommend the gnocci served with beautiful Wilyabrup wines. We ordered the lunch hamper for Christmas day and it was a bargain for $99 filled with prawns, smoked salmon, salads, loaf of baked bread and heaps more. Our room was clean and comfortable and serviced daily, we had resident wallabies and bungarras walking around and through the grounds. I loved that the bungalows were a good distance apart too. We felt like every effort was made for us and loved our stay. Hope to be back again soon!

For such a large place, there was never a crowd or any noise, just a peaceful ambience. The staff are wonderful, friendly, not intrusive and always helpful. Loved the size, the paths, beautiful gardens with fountains and ponds, the location and the way the resort is run for the pleasure of its guests.

The design of the bathroom is quite basic, no shelves in the shower recess and a rail might be helpful to avoid slipping. The step-up to the toilet could be dangerous and a glass door would be a good addition. Room service was a little patchy in that face washers, hand towels were sometimes missing. Milk had not been replenished one morning. These things were immediately remedied once pointed out.

Facilities are good - pool, tennis, mini golf (albeit it looks like it could do with some redesigning), basic gym, basketball a real hit for my son. Most of the staff were amazing, happy to chat and offer suggestions.

The Cable Beach Restaurant staff seemed confused and inattentive - something I was not expecting given the restaurant is held up as a strong option for guests. Twice I was left to our own devices and ended up getting up and serving our table water. Under strong encouragement that we didn’t have enough sides we ordered extras which we didn’t eat. The variety on the menu was also quite small. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.

We love cable beach resort we have been there a few times now & we were there for our 54 th anniversary my husband has Dementia now & I wanted to take him on a small trip & it was great that he remembered some of the places so we had a lovely time thank you.

The room is so roomy & very clean a microwave would have been handy as we are elderly & don’t always want to go out at night but we did manage okay.

A beautiful resort with everything you need on site. Staff were lovely, service excellent, air conditioning was exceptional, and the grounds just stunning. Love that it has kept its traditional feel and represents lots of history from the original builder.

We chose to eat at a restaurant that was highly rated a ten minute cab drive away / taxis are $30 each way and while the restaurant we went to was excellent there are enough restaurants at the resort and nearby that you don’t need to go far away.

The location slightly out of town at Cable Beach was great. The resort is well looked after and the gardens are beautiful

We arrived on the 6 pm qantas flight so we got to the resort after dark. The lady at reception simply gave us a map of the resort and our room number and no further guidance on how to find our room, luggage in tow. Not even a hint that it was upstairs rather than downstairs. We felt the welcome could have been a lot better We also had to ask twice for a second blanket

The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the resort had such an amazing relaxing atmosphere. There were many lovely restaurants within the resort and we enjoyed the food in all the places we dined at. We also appreciated the connivence of transport offered by the resort to and from the airport, and to the markets/staircase to the moon, as well as the opportunity of being picked up and dropped off at the resort by the many tourist companies.
