A good hotel with spacious rooms. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Everything was very clean and towels were changed every day. All the necessary toiletries were also replenished daily. The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s not a very crowded area, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, as well as two train stations within walking distance. One particularly nice feature is the free massage chairs in the hotel, after a long day of walking and exploring Osaka, they’re really helpful!

There is no big variety for breakfast. They give an already prepared meal on the tray without a possibility to choose.

Lovely hotel in a peaceful residential area, just a few minutes' walk from Sakuranomiya JR station. The staff were very polite, free use of coffee/ tea station with very interesting buckwheat tea, lovely common space, washing machines and dryers, plus the ample room size and very comfy beds made our stay pleasant and easy. The riverside park with The Garden Oriental villa and the Fujita Museum were an unexpected find - we really enjoy visiting them on the way to Osaka Castle, which is just a half an hour walk from the hotel.

In the laundry room, the drying cycle might have been 10-15 minutes' longer - it was preset and we could choose either 30 minutes (which we did, but the laundry came out dump and we needed to hang it all around our room for the night to dry) or 2 x 30 minutes but then our sleep would have been considerably shorter :-)

This hotel is beautiful, the communal areas are lovely and the rooms were spacious with a really nice big Japanese/onesen style bathroom. Place was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Location was ok, it felt a little bit off the beaten track, but wasn’t too far from the station I’d say about 8mins walk. It’s on the Osaka loop line and just 2 stops from Osaka station. Also a 25min journey to universal studios. There’s restaurants, convenience stores and a nice park close by so still has everything you need. The best part about this place was the massage beds! Such a nice treat and completely free to use. After a lot of travelling this was perfect!

The breakfast wasn’t great. There was no choice at all and due to a food allergy i really couldn’t eat much of it. This was quite disappointing and we only eat there one day and found breakfast else where for the rest of the stay It would be very easy to offer a choice of maybe 2 or 3 options or maybe offer a bit of a buffet service to add some variety. The location may not be for some if you want to be in a lively area. Not a big problem for us.

We booked 3 nights during spring, we had a wonderful walk early morning in the Sakuranomiya Park nearby. Location was so convenient for our plans, the room was fairly wide for the 2 of us and for our 2 big suitcases. Cleanliness was up to the Japan standards, amenities were more than enough, and the free facilities were beyond our expectations. The staff made our stay wonderful as they greet us in and out everyday, helped us with the money coin exchange to use the laundry room, answered to all our questions and requests during the stay and assisted us with calling a taxi on checkout.

There’s no sensor in the elevator it closes very fast

The location was nice, quite, felt safe, walking distance from Sakuranomiya station. The breakfast was a ready-prepared, changed a little daily and was tasty. Two massage chairs in 4F were relaxing after our long days walking. The bathroom in our room was the biggest we had during our 2-week-stay in Japan.

The other elevator is super small for three people and big back-bags but works fine when you are without luggage. The doors close at midnight and you can’t enter with a key card afterwards but you have to arrange staff to open the door and there’s an intercom by the door.

Perfect hotel to stay in. . The hotel was spotless, very large and clean rooms , very comfortable beds and pillows, Bathrooms super clean, large and all new staff- it is like is taken from a fashion magazine The reception staff spoke English and are very friendly and helpful. Honestly this hotel should be 4 stars. Massage chairs free to use- highly recommend. The hotel is close to stations and a minute to the river offering nice fresh walks. I wanted to stay more days but our time was limited. If visit Osaka I would definitely stay again

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Spacious room with nice bathroom. Hotel staff is very friendly, can speak English, Japanese, Chinese and other languages. There was a set of amenities for everyday, which was very useful. Helped us to check in earlier, so we could rest right after long flight. Also, helped with finding an adapter to charge the phone.

Cleaning staff is a little bit noisy in the mornings, and since the walls are thin everything can be heard.

Location was good. As I had a sore foot, we took a taxi to Osaka castle and it worked well. Walked along the river, which was very close. Cleanliness of the whole hotel and spacious room with a window that opened was excellent. Also, a very spacious bathroom, with a great shower pressure. Staff were incredibly helpful.

The breakfast could have had more fruit and also yoghurt (Although the Yakult was good)

The location seems unattractive on walk from station, but is GREAT being so close to the river, especially at blossom time. We had a good river view from room. The castle is a nice 2km riverside walk. The room was very spacious for Japan. Some useful facilities, including Espresso coffee m/c downstairs. Friendly staff.

Staff was amazing! They were very welcoming. I loved that. Their massage chair was OUT OF THIS WORLD. The best ever. Coffee was avaliable at the lobby. Room was clean and very comfortable. Area nearby is great! Had a fridge, microwave, TV, AC - Everything perfectly fine! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

The only DOWNSIDE it was the bed. We got a sagged bed. I was kind of sinking in it, but manage to find a position where i could stay solid and comfortable enough, but had to be careful. Good thing is that we were staying only for one night. If i had to stay for longer, i would have asked for another room, but i was fine. OH and elevator doesn't have that sensor that detects someones between doors, so watch out!
