The gym facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The pool is nice too, though the water is a bit cold, likely due to the surrounding environment. The hotel is strategically located near One Utama, with a metro walkway that connects directly to the shopping mall in just a 5–8 minute walk! I love their breakfast—so many choices and delicious food!

The spa staff was not helpful, and I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute. Additionally, the staff returned my laundry but hung it in the wardrobe instead of placing it somewhere visible, like on the bed or table. It took me a while to find the clean laundry.

1) Those complimentary drinks & snacks are generous. Mineral water in glass bottle taste gd, makes a lot diff than in plastic bottle. 2) Our flight was early & we reached the hotel ard 11+am, you allowed us early check-in which we appreciate much but we do early check-out ard 7+am due to our flight arrangement, so like it contra! 3) Your staff remembered us as a returning guests. 4) Standing shower with gd water flow is a delight & hygienic than a bath tub. 5) Taken by surprise that the dine-in breakfast I ordered last minute was taken in & came with that superb trolley table , with food kept warm in that metal food tier!

1) Your toilet door is so heavy to pull to close or open it! 2) Your shampoo & shower gel, is difficult to press when there is that black metal guard, put the guard lower, allow us to press the bottle with ease.

Location near to Bandar Utama and One Utama. Room was fairly clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices from local to continental, delicious and of good quality foods, and my favorite was the very delicious freshly squeezed juices. Parkings are plenty but during the busy times u have to park at level 5 onwards which was quite a long drive from the ground floor.

A bit annoying weird sound of water dripping from the above unit and occasional tapping sound from the wall next to the bed frame. There is some dirty spot at one corner of the toilet floor looks like the housekeeping didnt scrub it for some time.

Our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience, offering convenience, comfort, and top-notch amenities. The hotel is in a calm location, conveniently located adjacent to the MRT station and directly connected to the 1 Utama Shopping Mall via a link bridge, just a 5-minute walk away. The room was very spacious - can easily accommodate an extra bed for the child while still providing plenty of space for luggage and movement. It is ideal for both family and business stays. The room was well-equipped with a king-size bed, reading lamps on both sides, a work table with two chairs, a mini fridge stocked with complimentary snacks and soft drinks, a safe, and plenty of plug points. The lighting was fantastic, thoughtfully designed to cater to different needs. The hotel offers great amenities, including free car parking and a stunning infinity pool with nice views of the city - including the Twin Towers and KL Tower (at a distance). All guest rooms are located from the 16th floor onwards, ensuring excellent views for every guest. The bathroom was spacious too, spotlessly clean, and well-lit. The water pressure was excellent, and the toilet had automatic spray function similar to Japanese toilets. A large mirror with surround lighting, along with a smaller zoom-feature mirror with lighting, added to the convenience. Basic toiletries such as dental kits and shavers were also provided. Overall very thoughtfully designed. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, one of the best we’ve had. There was an extensive selection, including Malay and Western dishes, salads, fresh fruits and juices, pastries, a live egg station, and more leaving us spoilt for choice. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent stay with great facilities, a perfect location, and well-designed rooms. Despite the minor inconveniences, the experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I would highly recommend it to both leisure and business travelers.

There were only a couple of minor issues. Due to a software problem, we were unable to get our room key until late evening, but the staff was very helpful in escorting guests to their rooms. Additionally, the corridor lighting could be brighter to enhance visibility and provide a greater sense of security, especially for solo travelers at night.

Huge room! Lots of space for luggage and storage for shopping bags! Close proximity to the mall. Lots of eateries and activities to do. There's even a train station nearby. The Muslim lady donning the hijab and spectacles at the level 1 restaurant reception was friendly and made us feel light hearted and welcome. Plus, the kaya butter toasted by the chef was sooooooo delicious.

We were informed by the guard at the connecting bridge to the mall that the shutters leading to the hotel are closed by 12 midnight? Though the room is functional, the decoration is too minimal,it kind of lacks depth and soul.

The hotel, although not new, is very well maintained. It is located just a 3-minute walk (via a covered walkway) from the 1 Utama shopping mall and the nearby metro station. The room is very spacious, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Special mention goes to the gym, which is truly massive and equipped with every type of equipment.

The breakfast is very good but quite repetitive. As an Italian, I found the cappuccino just passable, but it’s really just a minor flaw.

I liked almost everythng to my need. My husband & I, were supposed to change hotel after 2 nights, but decided to stay on here instead... as it gave us the peace we wanted for a relaxing & healing stay. 1. My stay here was 6 nights in total. Bathroom produces drainage stench occassionally (at east once day). That was pretty unconfortable. The passage/hallway to rooms is a little dark. Perhaps a little more lighting or a brighter wall paper would give it a more welcoming entry.

Check-in - Had an unpleasant experience during check-in. 2 male receptionists were at the counter doing whaever they were doing ignoring me for about 15 minutes. No notication/acknowledgment from them why it was taking so long despite there was no other guest at that time. Later, the concierge apologised and told me there was a system failure. Location – About 5 minutes walk from the Bandar Utama MRT station. Walking distance to the huge 1Utama shopping mall. Very convenient. Room – Stayed at Superior Twin with breakfast for 2. Clean with all required facilites. It was quite small but enough room for 2 persons. Bathroom – Clean with strong water pressure. Pool and gym - Beautiful and big pool at the 15th level. Gym is just next to it. Cannot enter the gym unless you need to have the access card obtained from the check-in counter. Breakfast - Very big spread with the usual local and international food. Wife told me her fried kway teow (flat noodle) was rancid. My honey dew was bad too.

Hotel very clean, well maintained,modern facilities. Great location to shopping centre and easy access to road and train networks. All amenities in room worked, spacious and very comfortable bed. Rooms were soundproof. Never heard others moving above or below or down corridors. The infinity pool was amazing and large. The staff. Over the 6 days of our stay if a staff member encountered you they always acknowledged you with smiles or hello. Flawless check in and out
