everything was very clean and tidy the staff was happy The location is excellent on the lower street is the main street with the shops Comfortable bed nice pillows Also nice and rich breakfast

This was our second extended stay at La Terraza Hotel. My mom and I enjoyed a three-week stay around Christmas last year, and returned for nearly two weeks this May/June. La Terrazza continues to impress as an outstanding hotel. Its central location makes it convenient for exploring the city. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel's restaurant is a standout in its own right, offering delicious food served by a top-notch team. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, displaying genuine warmth and attentiveness. Also worth mentioning, room service exceeded our expectations. Our studio room felt like a home away from home, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, two comfortable rooms, a spacious living area, and a balcony. The attention to detail from everyone involved made our stay truly memorable.

Location and cleanliness……our studio was very spacious. 8th floor restaurant serves lovely food.

Great city hotel, perfect location, spotless, friendly and helpful staff, breath taking view from the roof restaurant, parking in front, fast WiFi, good breakfast Hotel is close to kiosks, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket Macro. Overall a pleasant stay and we will definitely be staying again when in area!

It was a bit hot on corridors and elevator, felt like no AC or not working properly

The hotel is brand new and definitely clean. The breakfast buffet was rich and nice, especially the soup, delicious! The receptionist was polite. The restaurant has a very nice view.

We were not expecting to pay for the coffee at breakfast, but we were charged because "Only Turkish coffee is included". We didn't sleep very well, since a dog was barking for the whole night and the pillows were really high. No table lights were provided on the night tables, which is something that must be improved to avoid the guest to walk in the dark to switch the light on. On the last day, the room manager knocked at the door and came in to check the room while we were still in, using her key. First time that happens to me.

Amazing hotel close to all amenities fabulous to have our chauffeur taking us to beach and back so hospitable I travelled with my twins and mother we were so comfortable as everyone was so welcoming amazing food and cleanliness we will definitely return.

The only thing I would say is shame it is not on the beach or have a swimming pool but you cannot have everything as it is in the city.

The whole place is spotlessly clean and smells amazing. They had also put up beautiful Christmas decorations. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms are very tastefully designed providing everything you could need. Roof terrace was lovely and breakfast was sufficient.

It was very hot at breakfast on the roof terrace. Perhaps close the blinds and open the windows

It was strange that they asked me to wait five minutes after check out "to check the room". It was the first hotel ever in my life who asked this. It spoiled the whole perception and I felt like they didn't trust me and I was looking as a thief or something.

The hotel is well located to visit all the attractions Famagusta has to offer. La Terraza is a new and stylish boutique hotel which delivered five star amenities. The room and bathroom was immaculate. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant on both nights. The service and quality of food and cocktails was excellent for a very good price.

Not much to criticise but control of the aircon was difficult as it sometimes blew cold air then warm. A minor issue which did not diminish our enjoyment of our stay.

Beautiful , new hotel , beautiful view from our 7th floor room . The restaurant is really a worth to try, prices are reasonable, staff is nice and the view is fantastic!

Next to our room (701) was the chimney of some machine (industrial aircon or so ) which was given a constant engine running noise , plus the window was not closing fully .
