the woman that works the night shift was extremely helpful and hospitable . so was the day time manager . they accommodated me as well as were understanding and professional at all times. id recommend this business to anyone looking for a night to getaway- a last minute stay or even a home away from home.

I didn't like that there wasn't a wake up call prior to room service pounding on my door repetitively or that there seems to be a miscommunication whether or not my room booking was confirmed or not. TOWELS . bring your own unless you only want one that needs to be exchanged at only one designated time of you won't receive another until the next day entirely .

I stayed 2 nights and I booked on Booking and I would have saved 10.00 dollars but front desk charged me the Wilkes Barre Inn price. So that 10.00 dollars cost me my dinner today. I told him at front desk but said he couldn’t do anything for me. I got the booking price the first night but February 4-5 but I got charged their price Feb 5-6. I booked and went to front desk and he said I didn’t do it on time.

Convenient location just off I-81. Attached Friday's Restaurant saved going out to eat.

Listed as a non- smoking facility. Saw people braking the rules. As a long time former smoker I could smell someone had also smoked in my room sometime prior to my stall. However, I rate this as a "it's too bad" not a negative overall.

That every time I stay here I'm recognized and greeted with a warm welcoming smile. The front desk staff is also very cooperative with issues that seem to arise with every booking thru Priceline including waiving any unnecessary fees and speaking to the booking agent reps to correct the errors that occur when booking thru their app. Those acts of courtesy and professionalism in the end save me money which I'm grateful for.

Room was comfortable; and adequate for 1 night. Breakfast was OK

How transiant the parking lot and noise from outside was. Hard to sleep with all the noise and people coming and going during the night. The only quiet time was between 2am - 4am.

I had made a mistake on the date I had booked my room was non-refundable but the first shift manager was great and fixed my dates for my booking. It was something that the manager didn't have to do due to it being my mistake. Thank you

The cost of these rooms is outstanding. The location is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They ran out of some food during breakfast; but considering the cost this was a small thing.

The staff as time built up in knowing them they truly are good people ... They always made things right whenever and whatever.... I def will stay there again...

I like the fact, the fact the guy at front desk gave me bottom floor room like I asked with no issues.he was polite and accommodating.
