The breakfast was good and the location was perfect for us. It was in the middle of about three places we had to go. We would definitely stay here again.

I got bit by what I’m guessing was a spider. I think it was in the bed sheets. I had seven bites by morning and was up most of the 2nd night trying to figure out what it was. I can’t blame the facility for that, but do think they need to review how the sheets etc are laundered and put back on the beds. I left a note for housekeeping to please change the bedding and to sweep good around the room. I saw whatever it was around 1:00 am in the morning but brushed it off my arm and never found it again. Routine spraying if not already doing that is important. The room was clean and the facility was clean so other than that, we had no issues.

When you walk in, there is a pleasant smell to the whole lobby area. And it was very clean looking. The staff was friendly. Nice decor. The room smelled nice as well. I do my own sanitizing, and everything was clean! The room size was nice, nice color/decor, and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice option, with all the basics. I was impressed!!

I did not have an issue with anything.

We were on a road trip and made the reservation on the way to our destination. It was not an area that we were familiar with so we were just basing it on distance from our route and then safety of the area. It was a great stopping point! The check in was seamless, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety and was served early enough for us to grab something on our way. We were very happy with our visit!

No complaints

We had been riding in the KATY trail before arriving and had bicycles covered with dirt. We asked the assistant hotel manager if we could use a garden hose outside to rinse off the bike before we brought it inside. Not only did he make sure we found the hose, he brought rags to wipe the bike down with. My husband and I travel a lot with our tandem bicycle and this was the best costumer service we have ever received when it comes to the bike. Thank you!!

Our room was across from the pool and was extremely muggy in the room

This was a clean and quiet property. It's in a new part of town so it was easy to get to and there wasn't much going on in the area (perfect for a weary driver). The breakfast was better than normal these days. Along with biscuits, gravy and sausage there were some "eggs". Often motels don't have much protein available at breakfast anymore. The desk staff were young and interested in helping.

Not much to say that didn't fulfill expectations.

This has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in! From the moment you walk in the door to the calming, wonderful scent, to the staff ready and willing to assist at anytime, to the most wonderful nights sleep on the most perfect bed, comforter and pillows! I would highly recommend to everyone. Oh, the breakfast items were wonderful as well!

The staff was fantastic! helpful and friendly and very attentive and aware of everyone coming in and out of the hotel. our room was very clean, lots of nice pillows and bed was very comfortable. bathroom was well stocked with lots of towels.

The AC unit in our room was finicky. we were only going to be there for less the 24 hours. It was on us that we didn’t address the problem. But the pool was why we opted for this location and it was disappointing. the smell of mold/mildew quickly made me feel sick. My husband used to service pools and quickly realized the chemicals and pump was not being run properly. Mold and algae was building up along the edges of the pool and there hair, cigarette filters, and other debris floating on the pool water. So we quickly got out. Compared to the rest of the hotel, the pool was shockingly uncared for. I am hoping that they are in between staffing someone to manage the pool. it just didn’t compare to the rest of the. are given to the property…. but gross none the less.

Overall very good, good location.

We were about an hour early before check in time. They noted the room was ready but there would be a fee for checking an hour early for a room that was already ready. The cost to stay there wasn't cheap and this didn't set with me.

Everything was perfect except for breakfast.

Breakfast wasn't good. Very plain, not a lot to choose from. Eggs were warm, but the fried potatoes were cold. (Nothing like cold grease going down the throat!) No biscuits and gravy! Very disappointed with breakfast!

I was so pleased with my stay here. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel. Staff was very friendly and check in was fast. The room was very clean and a good size.

The elevator smelled kinda funky and there was a marijuana smell in the hallway.
