Meals very good. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Stayed for evening meals each night. Staff were very nice and efficient. Room was very nice and modern, bathroon was perfect. The hotel is well situated between the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies and shops 5mins drive away.

Unfortunately No windows in room - only 2 veluxe that didn't open. Room was uncomfortably Hot at all times. Supplied a fan but it didn't help. “Beware the TV on the wall” we kept catching/hitting our shoulders on edge of tv as we came around the corners of the room. The space between the end of the beds and the wall where the tv hung was very tight. Surfaces and inside drawers were dusty.

The large dining and lounge area had plenty of space for all the guests (and the hotel was busy). The staff were super. Very friendly, and nothing seemed too much bother. The menu was fairly simple, but there was something there for everyone. I had Lemon sole for dinner, and it was well presented and a tasty dish. The accommodation floors were clean and quiet - no rowdy guests. The overspill car park assured there was plenty of parking for everyone.

I was a little disoriented on arrival. The front door leads straight into the bar and lounge seating - the reception is set off on the right-hand side. But if that is what I didn't like..then you know I'm knit picking to find fault.

This is our 3rd time back for a long weekend since 2023,It’s just all round an exceptional stay,from the moment you walk in and are greeted by such a warm welcome from all staff,it’s just a lovely Hotel to stay in.The banter from the waiting staff to the bar staff is so friendly as is with the Receptionist and housekeeping.The food is so good just 1st class,and you get plenty off it.Homemade puddings are fab eg Old School Pudding.The room is so comfortable and very clean.We will not go past The Park Hotel.Booked again for November.

I can’t find 1 thing to fault The Park,it’s just an all round great place to stay.

All the staff were exceptional. Room were clean, beds comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Evening meals good choice from menu. Cheesecake was amazing. On last night there were several groups in, so bar and restaurant was very busy, the staff coped really well, Callum dealt with some very rude and demanding customers. He was polite and kept his cool.

Some of furniture was a but tired

I was very happy with the room. It had complimentary toiletries and sufficient towels in the bathroom, kettle with tea,coffee and biscuits. I booked a time for an evening meal at the on-site restaurant. Well, I thought I died and went to heaven when we dined there. The standard of the food and the service from the staff was second to none. It was well worth paying the extra supplement for the T-bone steak. I do not normally eat pudding but I tried it and it was superb. Compliments to the chef Derek as you can tell his heart and soul goes into the food, taste and presentation of the dishes. Waiters - excellent service and very attentive. This hotel is well worth a stay but you must eat in the restaurant. Breakfast was very good too. I will definitely go back to this hotel without a doubt. Just a few minutes walk from Falkirk Grahamston train station and the town centre. If you are not driving, there are buses that will take you to the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies, Helix park and the stadium, in the other direction. The people of Falkirk are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Walking down the road to the town centre in the morning I had total strangers saying good morning and people having conversations with you whilst waiting for the bus. (Anyone wants a house in Manchester, I'll swap you for Falkirk!) ;-)

located in a very pleasant residential area, opposite a grand park, hence the name. Easy to find, excellent value, showing signs of wear and tear but kept clean and tidy. Staff always helpful. Food good quality, well presented and great value. A hotel used by people travelling for work as much as leisure. Restaurant used by locals for family events, so clearly popular and good value. Also great for access to Edinburgh, avoiding super high prices in the main season, although not relevant on this occasion. My 4th or 5th stay and certainly not the last.

The accommodation is quite basic and some improvements are now due but don't let this deter you. The staff, location and general warmth of welcome is exceptional.

The hotel is lovely. I was there nine nights, and it felt like home. Fabulous bathroom: large shower and lots of instant hot water! The restaurant offered diverse dishes. Everything that I had was very good. Best of all were the people (reception, waitstaff, room attendants). They were all lovely and so helpful.

There was nothing that I did not like, It just would be nice to have a lounge area with comfortable chairs in which to relax after dinner, rather than have to retire directly to my room. There is adequate room for this e.g. in lieu of (or adjacent to) the high tables & stools

It was a very good location for visiting the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. The room was nice, a good size. The breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. It took about twenty minutes to walk to the far side of town so that there were plenty of eatiung out options reasonably close by.

To be fair the main negative was not the hotel's fault. It was noisy guests in our small bit of the hotel coming back late and getting up very early and talking at top volume. Otherwise a small complaint of few small mils in the room. One coffee each and it was all gone.

Great hotel close to Falkirk centre. Room we had was nice and quiet with a comfy bed, decent size shower and tea and coffee provided. We also had an excellent breakfast included in the very reasonable price. We ate in the restaurant on both evenings we stayed, the first night as after a long day of travel we couldn't face hunting for a restaurant. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced so it was a no brainer to continue to eat there. But what really made this hotel stand out? The happy and helpful staff who were amazing.

Lovely hotel. Great location within easy walking distance of Falkirk town centre, but also on many major bus routes. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Storage space for clothes was provided and there was a rather nice TV. Tea / coffee making facilities were provided and replenished every day. Breakfast buffet was provided, offering both cooked (bacon, egg, beans etc.) and cold (cereal, croissants), and was very good. Dinner was available in the evening. At the time of writing, £16 for 2 courses, £20 for 3 courses. A good selection to choose from on the menu, I particularly liked the homemade steak pie and the mini egg cheesecake which were both delicious. Staff were all very friendly and professional, a shout out to Leah, Callum and Ellie who were particularly helpful.

Can't really fault the hotel. If I was nitpicking, maybe some of the furnishings in the room were a little worn / tired-looking, but as I mentioned the room was perfectly clean and comfortable.
