Wonderful hosts! The room was cute and my only minor issue was no where to put toiletries in the bathroom. Everything else was great. There is really only one dinner option in Culross and Janette very wisely suggested I make a booking. Good food at the Red Lion and cask ales. I was able to easily get do the Red Lion and back using the bus, so I would enjoy the ales without worry. I also loved the convenient location to Culross palace and village. Well worth visiting!

Well, perhaps a small shelf in the bathroom to hold my toiletries. Other than that, everything else was very good.

We loved everything about Saorsa House. Janette purpose built the house to be used as a B&B, and it shows. It was so great to have a modern ensuite in such a historic village. Janette's an artist and you can tell from how beautifully the property is decorated. The hosts provided every amenity we needed. Janette and Chaz are very helpful with orienting guests to Culross, including letting us know about dining options. The breakfast at Saorsa House is 5-star. I loved the traditional Scottish options. My husband loved his pancakes. And, Janette makes the best coffee I had on my trip to Scotland. Culross is a lovely little town to explore. If we had it to do over, we would've stayed two nights because Saorsa House is so comfortable and such a great value.

We were visiting the area, to attend a wedding and were very pleased with the beautiful location. Perfect for enjoying Culross and the beautiful coastal path. We were made to feel very welcome at Saorsa House, room was clean, tidy and well equipped. Breakfast was a choice of continental and cooked options, which you could choose the evening before, along with a time you preferred breakfast. We would highly recommend the waffles!

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like.

A lovely b and b in a beautiful location. The room was very clean and well equipped. The owners are very friendly and are always on hand if you require anything. They advised us of places to visit etc. They are very dog friendly, our little dachshund loved his time there. Breakfast time there was a good selection and there were fresh products each day. I highly recommend this beautiful b and b. Thank you for a great stay.

Nothing everything was perfect

The room had all that we needed and was very comfortable and clean. The host was friendly and helpful, and helped made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfasts were excellent, I large choice was available and it was all cooked very well. We don't have anything negative to say about our stay here and would recommend it very highly.

Nothing we didn't like

Very varied, plentiful breakfast, charming, stylish dining room and tableware. It was great that we could choose from several dishes, so there was no waste. The area is magical! It is a historic village with a medieval atmosphere, but fortunately the accommodation is in an easily accessible location, even with a rented car.

Breakfast was great, easy to get to with its own parking. Easy walk to the Palace, Abby and pub. Owners very helpful and friendly; booked a reservation at the pub for us. Comfortable bed, their dog is very friendly

Nothing, for a one night stay it is fine. They live above so you can hear them walking about, but at night it was not an issue for sleeping . The wifi was spotty.

The location was beautiful on the edge of Culross. Parking available and a nice garden area to sit outside. Interesting little art studio with a wide range of crafts to look at. Accommodation was very clean and we used the kitchen and dining area for dinner. Bedroom was so quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was great. Hosts were very hospitable and accommodating.

Lovely B&B in a great location, just a 10 minute walk to the ancient village with good parking. The best breakfast I have had in years. Great host, everything was perfect. Culross is beautiful and has an excellent pub with real ale and good food. The coastal path is great for a walk and there is an atmospheric church and abbey in the village.

I had a lovely 2 night stay here recently at this place, this place is very nice and the area is also very nice, friendly and helpful hosts and not forgetting Glen the dog, he is a great character. Breakfast here was excellent and the next time I’m in the area this will be the first place I look for accommodation. Thanks 👍👍
