We loved the accommodation as we were out in the lodges which meant we had the use of a little lounge area for the group. Staff were very friendly, helpful (booking taxis etc) and informative. The use of the spa and gym facilities was really good too, specially if you arrive earlier than check in time.

On our second morning we went down for breakfast (pre-booked) and we were sat at two seperate tables meaning our group was split. We just pushed tables together however had thought we would be sat together as a group of 6 like we were the first morning. Also we were served moulded toast second morning too! The manager was quick to apologise and offered fresh toast however we had already eaten some by then. We were disappointed that we could only use the spa facilities until 11am check out. Other hotels we have stayed in allow you to use them after check out. The sauna was out of commission and there was no jacuzzi however the thermal warm tiled loungers were amazing!

Staff were excellent when we had to upgrade the room when we had to bring our two boys one who was austic and staff were excellent with both him and my youngest son who loved all the staff from the Receptionist to the bar staff. Already planning our next visit with so much to do and hotel was a really good location to everything we wanted to do and will want to do in future. My wife enjoyed her spa treagement with a last minute discount availability. Boys enjoyed the pool and the room was spacious and a really nice hotel.

Nothing was all good. Cant fault the hotel from staff, location amd overall the spa facilities. Bar and food maybe a little pricey for me but the drinks and food were all excellent so really can't complain 😊 A really good hotel.

Staff were amazing, especially when I realised I'd left some clothes in the wardrobe after I'd checked out. The spa was really excellent and so relaxing. The food was good, I'm vegetarian and appreciated vegetarian and gluten free options. The room was very comfortable and quiet.

The location was convenient for me this trip as I was working nearby, and it's close to the airport, but is not very picturesque otherwise. The thing I found very disappointing was not having wifi. In this day and age where you can get wifi absolutely everywhere I could not believe the hotel was charging for this service. The free wifi was so poor it was unusable.

The hotel was nice and clean and had plenty of facilities, we were only there for one night so didn't really get the benefit of them. The staff were lovely.

The rooms weren't very sound proof, we were in the 'Lodge' part of the hotel but unsure of what made it a Lodge. We could hear every word of the couple in the room next to us and my daughter even heard the guy throwing up. There was also a dog barking, not sure if it was in the same room as the couple. Also £26 is a bit over the top for breakfast (not that we had) bit you don't pay that in London, never mind Falkirkl😆.

I booked an executive double, which was a very nice room; the room was well equipped with a huge bed, tea and coffee, a seating area and plenty of storage. The hotel has a spa and pool, so there was a nice robe in the room ready for you if you visited the pool/spa. The pool was nicely heated and very clean. There is also a spa onsite, a steam room, and a sauna. It was a nice way to kick off my morning. Breakfast, which costs £24 if purchased separately, was nice, but nothing to shout home about, sadly. Maybe my expectations were a little high at £24. I opted for a full-cooked breakfast. Continental breakfast looked okay, but I didn't sample. It's starting to feel like most hotels have solved the problem of poor water pressure and lukewarm water. Thankfully, this was one of them! It was a powerful shower and red hot—just what was needed after a 300-mile drive! The food at the bar/restaurant was also excellent. All staff I spoke to were very friendly. There are four EV chargers on-site via some random app you have to download. They were priced at 0.59P/KW, which is on the lower average side. However, it did mean I didn't have to look for a charger the next day. It looks like this charging area is ready to be extended.

Some parts of the hotel are starting to show a little sign of wear, but overall, it is still very nice. The TV in the room was a little small for the size of the room. Breakfast was okay—again, I may have been expecting too much. But it felt like it had been sat under a hot light. One sausage and one bacon felt a little stingy, considering it's £24.

Over priced. Food not of value, not great quality. Staff didn’t seem very knowledgable on allergens, descriptions on menu wrong, to what was served, and steaks served wrong . Staff seemed to be unaware of menus and everything took ages. I spoke to seemingly 2 managers and no compliments were offered even after cancelling a course due to it taking ages and once it arrived no one knew of it was gluten free as requested. Shame as it’s a beautiful setting and has great potential. Staff were polite and I just gave feedback wothout negativity.

a few days away for my birthday with my daughter hotel was lovely as was every member of staff we spoke to or had any contact with we enjoyed our big comfortable rooms food was good and we enjoyed the pool and thermal rooms

the wine per glass was very expensive but it was lovely and the only other thing was the avocado toast with poached egg my favourite but I wasn't happy to pay an extra 6 pounds on top of what we already paid for breakfast but everything we did have for breakfast and dinner was lovely. the fire alarm went off about 1am obviously not the hotels fault and it didn't affect our stay apart from feeling very tired on the Sunday morning

Had the best time. Yes rooms are dated but are spotless. Comfy bed and pillows. All staff are very professional, extremely friendly and make sure your looked after. Megan on reception and the other girl with glasses ( sorry didnt get her name ) took time to actually talk to you, and listen to you. FOOD- Continental buffet breakfast of usual cereals, breads, pastries, yoghurts, fruit, meat, cheese , jams etc but then can order a full cooked breakfast with tea/coffee and toast as part of BB. Non greasy and was very tasty. Only need to pay extra, around £6 if you want something different on the menu like eggs benedict, smoked salmon etc. Dinner was first class!! The salt and chilli chicken wings with BBQ Asian sauce, at £10 were best ever tasted and we have travelled. All dinners were great. Puddings good too. Well worth the price. Couldnt fault anything!! POOL - great size, same depth, but very slippery, so make sure to wear good grip slippers. They give you robe and slippers in the rooms. LOCATION- good as only 11 mins drive to The Kelpies and Helix Park. Free parking in first car park but then need to walk up along the footpath. Only about 5 mins. Nice park with swans, canal boats and plenty food vans and a cafe/shop. Plenty seats around too. Just watch your timing with the Football stadium as nearby.

BAD POINTS - not really got any although I would like to mention that a party of around 9 young ladies were allowed to join other guests in the restuarant for breakfast, wearing skimpy nightwear. Not even full pj's or a robe, but little satin shorts and top. Restaurant Manager lady showed them to a table dressed like that? Poor dress code. Even if had asked guests to wear a robe.

The spa facilties were fantastic. Huge pool and lovely, relaxing environment to chill. Room was also large, comfortable and clean with everything we needed. We ordered breakfast in bed which was excellent- sausages cooked beautifully and everything fresh and tasty. It was our 1 year anniversary and there was a small box of chocolates in the room for us which we thought was a nice touch.

Minor issue really, but the king size bed was 2 singles pushed together which creates that sunken dip in the middle which is really annoying and makes me feel like I'm sleeping separately to my husband

First room thy gave us has no bath the tv wasnt working so they moved is to another room which was fine then.we.were.asked to move out as it was.reserved for someone else we moved again to another room which.was sub standard my partner and.myself were.peed off as.we.both.had to sleep.on single beds as there was no double the hotel had a weddi.g venue on.and i felt we.were not.a priority as for breakfast the sausages tasted off which put me off the rest of.the food looking about noticed most of the people.had left there.sausages!!!! Never again would return ti the inchyra grange hotel!!!!
