Shower was amazing. Good quality towels. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again without a doubt and wish we had more time to dine in. Carpark was impressive with an abundance of spaces. The TV selection was brilliant.

It would have been good to have some bottles of water for the kettle. A few hooks in the shower room would be a good idea to hang either towels or clothes whilst showering.

Have stayed here numerous times. Reason reus is lovely welcome staff can't do enough. Have also had meals with our family members food fresh and cullanery delight.my only issue was lifting out of order but thankfully only I flights of stairs.Lady who greets you in morning so helpful and friendly

Honestly think as ex Hotel and restaurant owner .someone has done homework on visitor needs

Quiet, clean and generally good. Comfy bed and good shower

Was probably comparable to a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge. Not excellent but still generally good. Outlook from room not great but adequate given time spent in it. Basic toiletries. Would have liked choice of caf & decaf coffee. Heating operation was a wee bit confusing with no instructions in room for anything. Trying to be constructive with these comments and would use hotel again😀

Everything was great. We were very tired as we had just arrived after climbing Ben Nevis. It was a comfortable hotel, great hot shower with plenty of towels. Also, the room heats up quickly and there is underfloor heating in the bathroom. Comfortable bed, and the location of sockets on both sides of the bed with shelves. Tea and coffee in the room, TV, wardrobe and plenty of space in the room.

Friendly staff. Fantastic meals hotel is spotless have used on numerous occasions. Couldn't get booked recently because so busy. Thankfully managed it this time. My only issue have mobility and breathing issues and although there not tons of stairs still issue and disability lift still not repaired. Lovely helpful lady in morning to check everything OK.

A great location for an overnight before heading into Glasgow; just off the motorway & hotel is easy to find. Room was simply but nicely furnished, staff really welcoming. The restaurant was clearly popular & actually recommended to me the day after I stayed but obviously worth a visit too.

Only a small point but the chair in the room was a bit jaded, maybe once a restaurant chair, so could do with replacing. A towel rail would be a huge help.

The property was really nice the bathroom was very modern and very clean I would definitely recommend

I had one small problem the bed was really hard, my brother’s room had a mattress topper which really helped but mines didn’t , it would be nice if they had some sort of breakfast,they was a van next door selling breakfast rolls so that was handy

Lovely big rooms with great amenities. Comfy beds. Didn’t try the restaurant but seemed to be very popular both days and nights we were there

Extremely rude young woman staff on arrival. No information provided about the room or stay. Would have liked more than one chair in the room so we could both sit without being on the bed (minor).

We stayed only for one night but it was great, hotel room was all what you need, clean with comfy bed.hotel is in great location for near by attractions Restaurant is absolutely fantastic, food was amazing would say best Italian food we had for a long time, staff professional and super friendly. Definitely recommend 👌🏻

We stayed 1 night as a couple & had a lovely break away. Clean, modern rooms. Bathroom also had a heated floor which was fab! Food in the restaurant was so good, real authentic Indian food. The dessert fridge was and added bonus with lots of home made cakes, cheesecakes etc! Amazing value for money & will definitely return. The staff were also great with us.
