Location close to motorway M9 while traveling. Perfect location .it is industrial area not sure if it’s noisy during the week . We stayed there Saturday night .Large room and bathroom also extremely clean .at check in I was not advised about using kitchen ( red about it ) since we did not needed it sit ok. I saw people eating in a small lobby ,couple of tables there . Outside a table you can seat if you want . Shopping center close .
Top floor room was very hot , since windows open minimally and there was noise from some mechanical instrument below - air conditioning / vent ,not sure what it was .

Location was great, not far from the Kelpies and Falkirk wheal. There was a small kitchen with microwave, dishes, cutlery, fridge and ice box so we could keep our groceries cold and re- freeze our ice packs. We bought breakfast nearby and ate in the lobby area.
We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children. We ended up with 3 twin bed rooms. Individually the rooms were not very expensive but needing to have 3 made this the most expensive stay on a 9 night trip, and other places were a lot nicer with more amenities. Family rooms to accommodate 4 people would have really been nice, then we’d only need 2.

Everything about this hotel is first class. From entering the building at the start of our short break we were made to feel very welcome by all staff. We were treated with the highest care and respect . Staff are definitely welcoming and nothing seems too much for them. I met the owner on checking out what a pleasure to meet an owner who cares about his guests and staff. Such a lovely man, we are going back in April again. The cleanliness is immaculate, furniture carpets beds are all as new. I was so surprised to find this friendly little place had been open 5 yrs , it all looks newly built. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are fab and very big with the best ever walk in shower anyone could want for. A full kitchen is in hand with , microwave, fridge, freezer, dishes, cutlery, toaster and much more you just go in help yourself and cook what you fancy. Toiletries and tea and coffee facilities in the all rooms , I really can’t believe how great this place is and it certainly costs a lot less than any nearby hotel. Only a 5 min walk from Kelpies to which is a must for a visit both day and night. Supermarket and eateries nearby to .
Nothing to not like

The hotel was great — lovely staff, clean and comfortable, and I really don’t like to be negative. The hotel staff were some of the best I have come across. The only small downside was that I didn’t sleep as well as I’d hoped due to some external noise beyond the hotel’s control: a low hum similar to an air conditioning unit during the night, a cherry picker starting up at around 5:30 am, and some very chatty seagulls. I appreciate these things happen and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. I was expecting it to be a bit run-down as the surrounding area looks that way, but it was really nice. The staff were lovely- very friendly and helpful. The shower was great, and the wifi was good. There was no restaurant at the hotel but there was plenty to choose from nearby and a communal kitchen provided for making your own food.
It would have been nice to get a cooked breakfast in the hotel, but it really wasn't a problem as I knew in advance and planned accordingly

The location was great for the football ground, Falkirk. It is not far from Falkirk town centre but a little bit too far to walk so it was a taxi for me. the room was small but big enough for a single occupant and to tell the truth probable big enough for two as well. The staff were lovely and the place very clean.
Great location but, there's always a but. No where close to eat or drink. I think the nearest pub was 15 min walk away so I didn't bother. There were take-away menus in reception which offered delivery service if you wanted that.

Very comfortable bed. A great nights sleep. Room and bathroom were a good size and very clean. Tea/coffee making facilities. Staff on check in and out were friendly and helpful. There are kitchen facilities for guests to use, although I can not comment on them any further as didnt use them. Very close to the Kelpies which are well worth seeing.
Was a little way from any shops if you wanted to get food to cook in the kitchen. The view from my window wasnt great but I knew the hotel was in an industrial estate so didnt expect much.

Everything from the reception staff to the lovely big twin room was great, the modern bathroom had everything we needed and like the whole hotel was spotless clean. We had tea/coffee facilities and a large tv..Wi-Fi was very good.We would definitely stay here again it’s such great value and easy to get to local attractions.
For us there was nothing to dislike…the location is a bit out of the way on an industrial area and there are no shops bars or restaurants close by but we were aware of that before we booked, the hotel does allow take out food and there is a communal kitchen, but even so we still had a great stay.

The cleanliness, size of room, ability to use a fridge and microwave within the hotel. Lovely seating area in reception with vending machine. Easy to find in an industrial estate with plenty of parking. Excellent value for one night. No significant noise until about 07.00 on a weekday. Next to rural/wildlife area and quick walk to canal and kelpies statue. When going at night to kelpies I advise a torch if doing the short cut (ask the staff about it). Oh and there is a marks and Spencer food area in the petrol station around the corner.
Nothing really I knew what I had booked and done my research so my score is based on what we got for what we expected. We would go again. If you weren't expecting an industrial estate it might have been a bit off putting but I've stayed in similar areas before and this was the best with fabulous staff.

OK, there is no restaurant on site. So if you are after that or a breakfast - forget it. And it is in the middle of an industrial estate - however, that means that the location is extremely quiet. Easy access to both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Good value for money considering the location. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with equally spacious and comfortable bathrooms. And the beds are very comfortable. Plus, it looks as if it has had a recent make over. So even though the outside looks a bit dated, the inside looks good. Finally, all the staff were amazing.
Personally, I like bathrooms to have a plentiful supply of shower gel. A good shower gel dispenser - not a tiny tube. But it is a small complaint. I know for a fact that having gel dispensers in rooms which are filled from a bulk buy are a lot cheaper than tiny little tubes of shower gel. So it makes sense to go big.
