The small double room. The location. The reception staff. The evening dinner staff. And the cleaners were all delightful. Fab black pudding.

No Decaf tea,.herbal or coffee in the room.. Full cream milk in the room!! Surely most people use semi skimmed! You use semi skimmed at breakfast. Plain yogurt and honey would be good options at breakfast and more fruit. Some breakfast staff seemed a bit harassed and not keen on me asking for Decaf. I ended up drinking hot water. Also think having lighter coloured walls in the room would brighten it up. Brown walls,curtains and carpet made it dark. Im being a bit picky here just to be constructive. I will def return!

Arrived by car, and plenty of free car parking available. Checked in with a lovely receptionist. Room was huge, clean and tidy, with a lovely big bathroom. The only negative was the ‘small double’ bed which although comfortable was small! We were booked in for breakfast and ate in the restaurant 2 nights where there is a good choice and a very reasonable set price. Not expensive at all. Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. For our itinerary visiting the Kelpies, Falkirk boat lift, and Edinburgh Tattoo the hotel is in a great location.

Breakfast was a buffet, from which you helped yourself. Everything was hot, and there was a good selection to choose from, if we had a negative about the food I would say the quality of some items offered could be better.

I absolutely in love with this hotel! Much exceeded my expectations! I was travelling with my bike and I was very friendly met by the staff and nobody made any restrictions about me taking the bike in my room! That was the most important thing for me because of the security. I have had a negative experience with a few other places I've been but here it was brilliant! Everything else, the cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the breakfast, the restaurant, close to the shops, all was absolutely faultless for me. I had a great time and I'll definitely be back! Thanks very much!

For me was nothing not to like!

Meals very good. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Stayed for evening meals each night. Staff were very nice and efficient. Room was very nice and modern, bathroon was perfect. The hotel is well situated between the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies and shops 5mins drive away.

Unfortunately No windows in room - only 2 veluxe that didn't open. Room was uncomfortably Hot at all times. Supplied a fan but it didn't help. “Beware the TV on the wall” we kept catching/hitting our shoulders on edge of tv as we came around the corners of the room. The space between the end of the beds and the wall where the tv hung was very tight. Surfaces and inside drawers were dusty.

The large dining and lounge area had plenty of space for all the guests (and the hotel was busy). The staff were super. Very friendly, and nothing seemed too much bother. The menu was fairly simple, but there was something there for everyone. I had Lemon sole for dinner, and it was well presented and a tasty dish. The accommodation floors were clean and quiet - no rowdy guests. The overspill car park assured there was plenty of parking for everyone.

I was a little disoriented on arrival. The front door leads straight into the bar and lounge seating - the reception is set off on the right-hand side. But if that is what I didn't like..then you know I'm knit picking to find fault.

This is our 3rd time back for a long weekend since 2023,It’s just all round an exceptional stay,from the moment you walk in and are greeted by such a warm welcome from all staff,it’s just a lovely Hotel to stay in.The banter from the waiting staff to the bar staff is so friendly as is with the Receptionist and housekeeping.The food is so good just 1st class,and you get plenty off it.Homemade puddings are fab eg Old School Pudding.The room is so comfortable and very clean.We will not go past The Park Hotel.Booked again for November.

I can’t find 1 thing to fault The Park,it’s just an all round great place to stay.

Convenient quiet location, clean room. Food & drinks at a fair price. Value for money. Bearing in mind the price I think this is a good place for a stopover or couple nights.

Door from stairway & other rooms being slammed. Needs a soft close on stairway but hotel can't really be blamed for noisy guests. Although room was clean there were a few issues regarding the decor where obviously improvements have been made like the TV & curtain being moved/upgraded but the old rawplugs & fixings being left in situ which were rather unsightly. Breakfast was ok but not great. Coffee & juices were weak.

I was very happy with the room. It had complimentary toiletries and sufficient towels in the bathroom, kettle with tea,coffee and biscuits. I booked a time for an evening meal at the on-site restaurant. Well, I thought I died and went to heaven when we dined there. The standard of the food and the service from the staff was second to none. It was well worth paying the extra supplement for the T-bone steak. I do not normally eat pudding but I tried it and it was superb. Compliments to the chef Derek as you can tell his heart and soul goes into the food, taste and presentation of the dishes. Waiters - excellent service and very attentive. This hotel is well worth a stay but you must eat in the restaurant. Breakfast was very good too. I will definitely go back to this hotel without a doubt. Just a few minutes walk from Falkirk Grahamston train station and the town centre. If you are not driving, there are buses that will take you to the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies, Helix park and the stadium, in the other direction. The people of Falkirk are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Walking down the road to the town centre in the morning I had total strangers saying good morning and people having conversations with you whilst waiting for the bus. (Anyone wants a house in Manchester, I'll swap you for Falkirk!) ;-)

located in a very pleasant residential area, opposite a grand park, hence the name. Easy to find, excellent value, showing signs of wear and tear but kept clean and tidy. Staff always helpful. Food good quality, well presented and great value. A hotel used by people travelling for work as much as leisure. Restaurant used by locals for family events, so clearly popular and good value. Also great for access to Edinburgh, avoiding super high prices in the main season, although not relevant on this occasion. My 4th or 5th stay and certainly not the last.

The accommodation is quite basic and some improvements are now due but don't let this deter you. The staff, location and general warmth of welcome is exceptional.

All the staff were exceptional. Room were clean, beds comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Evening meals good choice from menu. Cheesecake was amazing. On last night there were several groups in, so bar and restaurant was very busy, the staff coped really well, Callum dealt with some very rude and demanding customers. He was polite and kept his cool.
