The property is stunning, our room for a family was huge. Great comfortable beds and an amazing bathroom with a seperate bath. The breakfast is beautiful, the host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We will definitely come and stay again. Out of all the places we stayed in Scotland this is the place I will definitely be recommending to friends .

Hannah and Findlay warmly greeted us when we arrived, and were extremely friendly and helpful for our every request, including a great recommendation for a nearby dinner location. Breakfast was served hot, was delicious, and Hannah offered way more food than one could eat. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Superb location in countryside with easy access to motorways. Everything was spotlessly clean. The house was beautiful and our room was lovely. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and the host (Hannah) was lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The service was outstanding, with a traditional ambiance that truly captured the essence of Scotland. The breakfast was splendid, and the attention to detail throughout the facilities was second to none. Rather than just gardens, the property boasts a vast forest teeming with diverse vegetation. In short, it was simply perfect.

I only regret not having many more holiday days to extend our stay at the accommodation.

We had the pleasure of spending 2 nights with our wonderful hosts, Hannah and her lovely family. There was nothing we could fault. Quite a hidden gem. Would have no hesitation in recommending it to any person looking to spend a few nights in Stirling. Great rooms and a fantastic host.

The house is lovely, set in beautiful grounds with easy access to the M9 & M80. Thick lined curtains along with very comfortable beds and pillows, afford a great night's sleep. Crisp white bed linens and soft, white towels of a good size along with a well equipped bathroom. Everywhere spotlessly clean. The breakfasts are fresh, tasty and plentiful. Hannah is the real star though, her care and attention to detail is wonderful. Can't recommend highly enough.

A lovely comfortable, clean and relaxing place to stay, Hannah was very welcoming, thoughtful and kind throughout our stay. the bed was comfortable, and there was a lounge area to sit and relax in as well. Ideally situated to explore Stirling and surrounding area and only a short trip if flying out of Edinburgh airport. We really enjoyed our three nights here and have no hesitation in recommending West Plean House to anyone looking for a quiet stay in a beautiful location.

Unfortunately, booking just allows to give 10/10, else we would rate our stay for sure higher. It was completely perfect. Arriving at the victorian mansion we were warmly welcomed with home made short bread and enjoyed our beautiful and also super clean and tidy room. The bed was very comfortable and for breakfast we had 3 great options to choose! Hannah is the perfect host with her kind and lovely attitude. It was a highlight on our road trip through Scotland.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location, our room was perfect loved the attention to detail, nice toiletries tea coffee & biscuits replenished daily. Superb breakfast & lovely home made Scottish porridge, perfect hosts, thank you.
