Very friendly and helpful staff. I had trouble with my phone/Wifi and the desk staff sorted it for me. Room was roomy and comfortable and the television and remote worked, which doesn't always happen in hotels. The lighting was easy to use, again not always the case in hotel rooms. It was quiet and peaceful, even during the day when I needed a rest day.

Housekeeping was a bit over-enthusiastic about changing bed linen and towels, despite me displaying "no need for housekeeping" sign and not leaving towels on bathroom floor, especially as the hotel has a green policy. However, the bathroom floor didn't get wiped over as talcum powder remained after cleaning. Tapware, basin and shower were all clean! I still appreciate their attention though.

I have stayed on many occasions over the past few years. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Electric heaters available to give extra warmth on chilly nights. Nice touch and very welcome. Plenty of parking. Breakfast selection basic but very good. Dog friendly which tells me that Hotel management are decent folk. Location is excellent, with close access to all main routes. Literally Bannockburn/Stirling Bridge (Bruce/Wallace) epicentre. Major supermarket across the road and of plenty fast food outlets. (should you need them) I would stay again without hesitation.

The staff were very friendly and efficient, the location was great and it was good value for money.

Breakfast needs a little improving, maybe someone to help allocate tables. There were a lot of couples taking tables of 4 (even though tables of 2 were available and clean) and there were quite a few families that were unable to sit together. Condiments like honey and marmite could maybe be dispensed the same as the jams as people were taking the whole bottle to their table and there's was only 1 available for the whole restaurant (or maybe a little sign just explaining to use the paper cups provided).

Staff were excellent, especially Kate. Breakfast was very good ?

In my room, the air conditioning was not working correctly. I had to request a heater Cracked bathroom floor tile. No electric plug sockets near bed. Backing board that the kettle was plugged into was loose, I nearly pulled the whole thing off the wall when swapping plugs. Food ordered was not worth what we paid. 3 x curry's :( Drinks are too expensive in the whole hotel chain.The sausages, on the 2nd and 3rd breakfast, were possibly the day before ones reheated

The hotel is in a great location, just off a major road, which made it very convenient for a road trip or stopover. The room was spacious with a huge bed, and everything was clean-both the room and the rest of the hotel. We enjoyed the cooked breakfast, which was included in the price-a nice bonus. The reception team and staff were really friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. Would definitely consider staying again for a short stay!

The only downside is that the furniture and decor are a bit outdated, but for a quick stop it’s perfectly fine and comfortable.

Room was clean and smelt fresh, all facilities worked perfectly. Our room was missing a remote for the TV however the friendly counter staff quickly sorted a new one for us. Even though the hotel was situated near a main road, the room was extremely quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel, period - the scrambled eggs actually tasted like eggs, the bacon was proper bacon, the beans and hash browns were superb, it was absolutely delicious and we came back for seconds. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and served us with a smile at all times throughout which really elevated the experience.

Nothing, absolutely perfect stay

When we arrived the staff made us feel welcome as if we we were old friends always chatting making sure we were happy and had everything we needed,while we were staying we were involved in a car accident and we had to get a hire car and our car wasn't going to be recovered from the car park until 3 days after we left but the staff made sure we had enough parking so as not to get any parking fines and we were to leave the keys with them and they would deal with it in our absence couldn't ask for anything else absolutely brilliant,we will definitely be staying here again and we can't recommend this hotel enough

There is nothing we didn't like

Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were very welcoming on arrival, breakfast was included in the price which you don't often get with budget hotels, couldn't really fault it. Rooms were clean and windows blocked out the road noise which was a massive bonus due to the location on the industrial estate and next to the supermarket . Hotel was quite close to the town of stirling which was good for the tourist side of our stay, and the pub over the road from the hotel was lovely.

Only down side was the huge blow heater in the room which is quite noisy and dried the air out, but other than that no faults.

The hotel was excellent for our needs . Perfect location , very clean and a well thought out planned room with all you would need . Self service restaurant with excellent choices for breakfast covering food allergies with separate toaster for gluten free and soya milk for lactose intolerance. We used the neighbouring restaurant for evening meal , the staff were excellent and the food tasty . We had a hiccup with the heating but that was resolved very quickly . I would definitely go back .

For the money we paid and the service we got I honestly can’t think of anything.

The hotel was situated in a pleasant quiet location but travelling by car was close to the city centre local landmarks and amenities. The breakfast was lovely. There was alot of variety and it was well organised making it easy to get your food even when it was busy. The dining room was clean and comfortable giving us a pleasant start to our day. The room was clean and very comfortable which was a big plus for us as we stayed for 5 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful we were made very welcome. The cleaning staff did a first rate job everything was spotless in our room for the duration of our stay.

It had a good sized car park but a few more dedicated disabled bays would be good as we sometimes struggled to get a space in a disabled bay at busy times.
