The room was great and the staff were first class, cannot rate them highly enougth.

The car parking arrangements are really bad, having to sort out and online app ourselves and the arrangements for a second day unclear, why cab you not book two days?

The location in an historical building sets the mood and is quite strategic for both walking into town for a meal, as well as to visiting the old town and Stirling Castle. Whilst grateful for what may have been an 'upgrade' to a superior and larger room (with a huge bathroom), unfortunately this room could easily do with some updates and overall set-up. No meals taken.

Additional paying for parking within the own hotel private grounds should have been waived for hotel guests.

The location for the castle was very good, only approx a 10 minute walk, and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from, again all easy to walk to. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Parking on site was very useful.

The downstairs areas were good but the room was a little tired (room 112), it was disappointing to see a threadbare carpet and the walls were a bit knocked about from general use, it could do with a freshen up. The car park was useful, but be aware that you must pay for your parking within 15 minutes of arrival via the App on the signs outside.

The beautiful hotel is centrally located in Sirling and a short walk to anything/anywhere in Stirling. We had tickets for a show in The Albert Halls which was only a 5min walk away. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was a terrific spread. The young man on breakfast duty was charming, as was the receptionist who checked us in. On site car park fees £15 'for 24hrs.

The only reason it didn't get full marks was the lack of a mirror in the actual bedroom to facilitate styling your hair. You cannot plug in a hairdryer or tongs in a shower room.

The location was good and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The location was great, literally at the bottom of Stirling Castle which was excellent for us as we were attending a wedding there. The breakfast was lovely but we did have to wait quite a bit of time for it. Having said that, the staff knew they were under a bit of pressure and gave us free lattes from the bar which was appreciated. Our room was small but perfectly comfortable and the bathroom was big with a lovely big bath! Would defo stay here again and happy to recommend.

Our only tiny complaint was the waiting time for breakfast but we were in no rush, just hungry lol

The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. We even ended up extending our stay for two extra nights. The room was huge (we booked a deluxe king bedroom), with a super comfy king bed and a big bathroom with all amenities. The breakfast was a full Scottish (self-serve) breakfast with tons of options. The staff were amazing and incredibly attentive! They helped my boyfriend set up a birthday surprise for me and were incredibly accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. We will be visiting again without a doubt.

Beautiful view very comfortable. Staff from Reception to cleaning staff particularly helpful kind and helpful particularly with everything from getting to knowing my needs particularly since I had a broken leg. I look forward to returning

Where to begin. The chairs and tables both inside and outside very comfortable clean and available outside both front and back. My room was clean and a most comfortable bed. Bathroom large with everything including comfortable for my status of a broken leg. I have forgotten to mention the outside staff

Staff were friendly and helpful. The Bruce Suite was a lovely and comfortable room with large bathroom. Nice cooked breakfast, with a sensible pre-order system to ensure you get exactly what you wanted.

Room was quite warm and we couldn't find a way to adjust the temperature, but it was okay. Pillows were quite soft, so worth speaking to reception if you prefer a firmer pillow. Breakfast was quite busy at our chosen time (9:15 on a Sunday), so the fruit juice kept running out very quickly as they only had small jugs.

The room itself (Bruce Junior Suite) was spectacular. I found it very comfortable and the facilities e.g., the coffee machine, was a really nice touch. Added bathroom essentials such as the toothbrush and toothpaste was a big hit!

Netflix and other streaming services advertised were not available which I found quite disappointing. For breakfast you had to preorder and although I said I would be done for 8am, the food did not arrive till 8.30am. Moreover, had to wait around 20 minutes to be checked in. Not very staffed.
