Convenient location from the motorway. Very clean & comfortable.

Having to go to a separate building to check in & finding no one on the reception desk & having to wait for 5 mins & finally having to search them out in the pub (booking in is through reception in the pub) A bell or buzzer would have alerted them to my presence, unfortunately there wasn’t that option.

The welcome from staff who sorted out room cards and the evening meal we had. The service at both the meal and breakfast was excellent. The food was good value and good quality, especially breakfast. The accessible bathroom/wet room was one of the best I have encountered recently although I couldn’t get the pull down hand rail to work? But, the rest was good.

The only issue I had was that there was a lot of noise from the room above - clearly children running and jumping off furniture - probably unsupervised? I did call reception and someone said they would check the room. It went quiet at 11.30, which was when I was actually going to sleep - so in the end it was all fine. The soap/shampoo in the bathroom was a bit clogged up.

All as advertized. Very handy to be able to have access to te restaurant menus in the room. Really appreaciated to have been given the choice of requesting fresh towels each day or to reuse them for two days and contribute tothe environment.

Was supposed to get free Wifi BUT this required us to log in. And the log in at one point requires one's DOB. This was totally anti user friendly as the box was defaulted to the current day date, no facility to just to type the date in. Only option given was to scroll back day by day. IOW from 06/08/2024 to my day in December 1956. Didn't bother to count how many clciks thsi would take. & too tired to get out of the building and walk to the reception in the other building located across the car park to ask for assistance.

We stayed overnight after a long journey from the north of Scotland. The reception was very efficient, the rooms in an adjacent building that looked a bit soulless but inside were spacious and comfortable and the bed was extremely good. Breakfast was well organised as was the evening meal we had the night before. My wife had an issue with her steak but the manager on duty dealt with it very well and voided her meal after offering alternatives. All the staff we met were very friendly and efficient.

Cost was a little high but there is clearly a lot of demand at this time of year and was broadly in line with alternatives

Good location and an excellent sized room. Easy to park as well which can be a hassle at other properties. It’s a no fuss hotel, if you’re looking for something “classier” or more luxurious I’d suggest not booking a hotel that’s just off a motorway

The air conditioning in the room kept coming up with a fault code. Thankfully the road outside was quiet so we could have windows open instead but if it was hotter it would have been an issue. Not an issue I raised with staff to be fair. Food on site isn’t the greatest for taste or value for money but you’re within easy travelling distance to Stirling for other options.

The restaurant is excellent value and super comfortable, food was really nice and the staff could not be more helpful. The manager was really friendly and easy to chat with , he called before our arrival to ask if we were planning to eat in the restaurant as it was a group of 13 he wanted to make sure we could be accommodated , he went out his way to help us with gluten free and dairy free requirements, actually went away to source and research some of the ingredients to ensure the we could have “Free From “ deserts . First class all round 👍

Large airy room not too warm....temp control in if required .Plenty of parking outside .Tea and coffee supplied with kettle .Easy to access the building and room with parking right outside .Large comfy double bed with big TV and a office deck if required .Lovely big ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and bath . Walk over the road to a mini Asda for supplies and fuel I will use this accomodation again

Stairs to first floor did not bother me a fit 60yr old but the older folk need to ask for ground floor rooms .

Because of the price, I would book again! I even thought about extending my stay, and trying to see a bit more of Stirling. I decided against, when I realised that I had appointments in Aberdeen.

The location was good for the motorway network, but not so good for the centre of Stirling. After I arrived I really did not want to get back in my car. And it was so cold outside that the pavements were slippy. In practice, I just wanted to rest prior to the next day's journey.

Manager was excellent- warned us os school party staying and gave us number to phone if there were any problems / noise. However the (Belgian) school pupils were very well behaved; polite, friendly and quiet. Room was clean and well appointed- bed was slightly hard, but acceptably comfortable. Accommodation block is slightly remote from pub / dining facility - accessible via carpark. Could be an issue in poorer weather.

The room was bigger than we were expecting, the beds were comfortable, and the room and toilets were exceptionally well cleaned. The check- in process was super easy, and so was the check out. The hotel is located at a 10 minute drive from the train/ bus station, so it's easy to access, plus the view from our room was great! Would love to stay here again!

The only thing that could've been fixed was that the toilet kept running, but if the bathroom door is shut it isn't really that much of a bother.
