Tbh this was a last minute stay as we were scammed by a hotel in Edinburgh. We booked a room an hour before our stay, late at night and had a small budget for accommodation at that point. This place was great! Budget yes, but so clean, kind and friendly staff, little things like a refreshment station and hair dryers to loan. It's modern enough, very similar to a travel lodge inside. There's a pub opposite for food and drinks or just up the motorway 5 minutes a bunch of fast food places. Dog bowl and treats at the door, not that we brought our dog but a lovely touch.

The TV in our room didn't work properly but to be fair we didn't care and didn't tell them. I've not doubt they would have sorted it if we wanted to watch it.

Super hotel located just off motorway....was ideal base for me. Plenty of free parking on site. Staff cannot do enough for you and very friendly Free speciality/ herbal teas/ coffee and juice in foyer to help yourself to as well as normal tea/ coffee in room. Easy checkout Comfy bed Good shower Great value for money 2 x places to eat next door and short drive from retail park

Have to enter you registration for your car each day to use the carpark....must be able to change that to select number of days as can be easy to forget to do this each day Apart from that no complaints and would use again :-).

The location to local amenities and major roads is excellent. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. Great touch having a refreshment station as well as having tea and coffee in the room.

Just minor things that, if fixed, this box wouldn't be written in. I booked 3 rooms and all three of the radiators have surface rust on Them ,a simple maintenance would prevent this. Toilet seat a little wobbly, again simple maintenance. Now for the larger concern. Rubbish build up outside looks like it hasn't been. Cleared for weeks this is an ideal home for rodents. Would be guests shouldn't be put off by what I am saying, it is a great place to lay your head and with a pub next door amd chinese round the corner , what more can you ask for.

Staff were lovely for the lady who took my call about checking in time (we were arriving late) to the lovely man who checked us in great customer service. Room was spotlessly clean basic but had everything we needed (couple of more milks tho please 😀) we needed an extra pillow and that was sorted as soon as we requested it... Shower lovely and hot and the bed was so comfortable. Pillows bit too soft for us but that's a personal thing... Great nights sleep was really quiet highly recommended great value and we will Def use again thanks for a great stay

Nothing! Just a couple a of personal bits such as more milks and harder pillows but couldn't fault the rooms or the staff

Liked 1. Nice smell when entering the building. 2. Clean and tidy even treats for dogs by the reception! 3. Rooms are spacious and quite clean 4. Many parking spaces. 5. Have a "BP" car charging station (Unfortunately, didn't work when I needed it, but that is not the hotel's fault) 6. Close to motorway 7. Accepting pets.

Notes for improvements: 1. Dated and stained carpets 2. Little mould in some places 3. Bathrooms need an extractor fan 4. The room felt little humid. 5. "BP" car charging station didn't work when I needed it, but that is not the hotel's fault All those small issues wouldn't put me off. I would definitely stay there again.

I liked that it was a animal friendly hotel.We had a good time in the hotel. I like the staff there . I like the room. I like the cleaning there Staff were very helpful there with booking and taxi there. There were good vegetarian food on restaurants near by hotel.

There was a lot of pollution there in the town,forrest There were lot of wude cutting there. There was no animal park. They were hunting dear's there, and eating them. Avoided those restaurant with dear meat . Internet connection was not good there . Dear's was affraid off people there. Felt bad for the dear's there. I love all animals .

Mines was a very last second decision to book an hotel.did ot just before midnight and arrived just before 1am .24 hr reception,very handy. If I were to find a fault,even tho it's not as persona,is that the door gets locked at night so if u head out,to go back in u need to call the number well displayed on the entrance,where tho ,in my case,the girl was ever.so kind.even tho the very late hr,I asked for the iron that very kindly given . Regarding the room really can't say any;spaces,clean bed and clear toilet,fresh shits and fresh towels.tv ,coffe machine.1 minute drive away theres a 24 hr mc Donald's and service station..right next to the M80 Offers standard check out at 12,that I found good.or late check out at 3 for a extra cost of 10£

It was close to the motorway so easy access to Edinburgh airport at a reasonable price and easy access to Glasgow and Stirling. It was in a quiet area and there was no disturbance. They left instant coffee, a variety of tea and cold drinks out in the foyer to take. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The furnishings were worn and tired (bed was fine) however they’re about to be refurbished in September and become part of Travel Lodge so I wouldn’t let it stop me booking again. No fridge.

Prior to our stay I contacted the hotel and they were lovely and accommodating and I was able to ensure a wheelchair accessible room that was also dog friendly. It was raining really heavily when we arrived that even just a couple of minutes out in the rain soaked us thoroughly, the staff member on reception was really lovely, she immediately offered us extra towels and brought them and a hairdryer to our room so we could dry ourselves and the puppy without having to rummage through our bags whilst so wet. This was such a lovely greeting and really set the tone for the trip. The room was a great size, the bed was comfortable. Doggy treats were put out on the foyer for any furry guests which was absolutely lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The shower in the en-suite flooded the bathroom but the staff came to help immediately and were so helpful. They sorted everything out straight away.

The staff were great :helping with taxi , vegetarian food delicious on restaurant outside the hotel,cleaning greate,coffie,tea, cookies good,beds good, view good , Air from windows good,peds allowed good.

The internet connection was pourly. Noise from other guist late at night. Noise from grass machine outdoor. Nature retrate was needed.Not much forest To animals.Deer were huntet greatly as meat In restaurant.Tried to avoid the places,when I found out about it.A lot of pollution there In nature and water.To bad.The deers afraid of Humans.I feel bad for them.
