We love this place and keep coming back. Wonderful place with everything you need. Feels like home from home. Very central for all surrounding attractions. Co-op right next door for daily shopping needs and the bakery sell delicious baked goods from bread to cakes and biscuits. Awesome little pub just up the road called the William Wallace. The Old Tramhouse Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Coming back again soon guys x

This property fit our family of seven perfectly. We appreciate the hospitality of the owners. The location was perfect and we enjoyed walking down to the William Wallace bar on multiple night and enjoyed chatting with the owner Robert. Checking and check out were easy! Thank you for being such great hosts!

There were lots of doors so it would have been nice to have a couple extra door stops so the space could feel more open but not a big deal at all.

Nothing - all good inside and great location. The host states you have a reserved parking space. Not a problem for us, but it would appear to be first come first served. We parked in a side road.

Good location near the Wallace monument, next to a co-op with a bakery nearby and a great chippy and cafe at the end of the road. Clean, comfortable rooms and lovely decor.

The home was decorated with such beauty!!! Thank you so much for the washer and dryer and drying rack along with the ironing board and iron!!!

The small showers and the towels were so rough and old no fabric softener. And disappointed there was no sitting place outside. The traffic was horrific😮we just live rural and have never stayed at a place with street traffic so loud!!! Great experience to see how city ppl live!!! Very enlightening how everyone walks!! Everyone is so in shape!!! Beautiful people in Scotland!!!

there were some issues with the hot water in the upper apartment and the toilet flushing in the lower apartment

Bedside lamps not working

The apartment was beautiful and much bigger than we were expecting. The views of the Wallace monument were spectacular. It couldn't be any more convenient for a shop for a self-catering apartment.

Not much to be honest. Would have liked a TV in the bedroom ( but that's just a personal choice). The shower could do with upgrading as it's a big under powered. But they are very minor things.

Great location. Had everything we needed. Lovely apartment and helpful owners. Perfectly situated for sights and a shop!

The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable, plenty of room really enjoyed our stay
