Free parking at the appartment was handy. Train station nearby with direct trains to Cinque Terre, Parma, Genoa, Pisa and Milan. Boat tours going straight to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre start in the La Spezia harbor. Very big grocery store and coffee bar around the corner. Antonio recommended 6 restaurants to us, we tried 4 of them: all of them had amazing local food! The city of La Spezia is in general less crowded than the Cinque Terre!

Antonio was very helpful and addressed any issues promptly. Room was very clean, comfortable and serviced daily. Close to the train station. Cafes and eateries nearby. Two sets of keys/cards provided Good value, clean, comfirtable Migliarina station on Cinqe Terre line

Clean, spacious, great shower. Secure parking. Host was helpful. Tea/coffee available and host even provided us with a breakfast brioche!

Property is about a mile from the old town/port and in a residential area. There are buses/trains to get you there but we took our bikes - there are great cycle paths into the centre. The location is reflected in the price but you should be aware it is a way from the centre of La Spezia

Location on walking distance from the train station, connection to cinque terre. Attentive host, Antonio, explaining the surroundings. Room is spacious and clean. It is a quiet place. Found a cafe around the corner where you can have a coffee and croissants.

Ample parking on the premises

The room is very new and clean. The window and window shades are very fancy.,The shower pressure are strong, air conditioning is working well and quiet.

The street parking is not easy to find a spot. The host doesn’t speak English. We use WhatsApp to communicate and get through it.

Good place to stay before Cinque Terre. Reasonable price. Quiet, clean and a friendly host. Close to train station that takes you to the towns.

Mr Antonio was a very kind and helpful host. He gave us a valuable advices on how to visit Cinque Terre. Great room - includes all the essentials! A pleasant surprise available fridge with water to welcome, kettle, coffee and cake.

There is no free private parking. But there is a free public parking space nearby in save quieter neighbourhood.
